Gordon and Mike were great hosts for our stay. Very communicative and on top of an unrelated plumbing issue affecting the neighbors. Great stay!

They were always attentive when we arrived. The place is beautiful, the view is just like the photos, and they were very helpful. The place is close to the beach, and everything is within walking distance. The beds are wonderful for resting. They were always very attentive. I recommend them.

Nice modern apartment with a great view. Shower was great. Bed a little stiff for me. We didn’t do any grilling or cooking over our two weeks but nice to have the options. Pros: good AC and comfortable living area and patio. Minor cons: up a big hill and roosters next door who don’t know what time it is. Overall I’d recommend for a comfortable stay in SJDS.

"Stayed 3 months ($6,600). Major safety breach: armed intruder slashed screens at 5 AM; host was unreachable for hours due to a party and later suggested we 'throw rocks' at trespassers. A trash bin used as a ladder for the intruder was left in place for nearly two weeks after the crime before being lowered. The 'security' provided was untrained and immediately threatened by the intruder. Host admitted in writing that advertised WiFi was non-functional and dismissed a mouse infestation. Host was hostile and demanded extra electricity payments outside of Airbnb terms. Unsafe and unprofessional—avoid."

Excellent location with a stunning view! It takes just a couple minutes to get down to the beach. Highly recommend this Airbnb! Gordon is a very responsive and helpful host.
