Annie and Alex were very responsive. The chalet was in a great location and was very peaceful. Close to sites, tours, restaurants, and grocery. The space was perfect for a solo traveler and quiet. It rained a lot and enjoyed the rain on the metal roof. I would recommend their place as a local stay close to the sites without being touristy.

This little chalet is the perfect, cozy oasis hidden on the edge of the rain forest. It was super straight forward to find and upon arrival they had a little welcome package for us on the bed with some iced tea and snacks. The chalet itself is stunning and was very clean. We found that the bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve slept on so far in CR. The chalet is located super close to the Main Street in Bijagua with lots of restaurants and stores and is also very close to Rio Celeste Waterfall. Alex sent us recommendations for the area for different tours and restaurants. Also, the instructions for the chalet were detailed and clear. While we were heading out in the morning we met Macho, who is the sweetest guy. He introduced himself and invited us over to see some birds on the property as well as a sloth that he spotted within the canopy of the trees. We were super grateful for the kindness he offered us and advice for Rio Celeste. We loved our stay, Highly recommend this chalet

Very good place, it looks exactly as shown in the photos, everything is very clean and it's a very nice place. Highly recommended. We'll be back!!

We loved staying at this secluded, peaceful chalet just a few minutes from the main street of Bijagua! The modern treehouse design was so cool and cosy during some rainy mornings and evenings, it really felt like an authentic rainforest experience. A warm bath in the tucked away outdoor tub was a lovely way to spend a morning until the drizzle passed and we headed into town. The location was very close to some excellent wildlife tours at Frog's Paradise and Finca Verde, allowing a short easy drive for the night tours where the animals were most active. Macho was so friendly, talking to us about the town, and his travels to Switzerland that inspired the chalet design of the treehouse. We would love to come back some day!

What an absolutely beautiful place. Hosts were extremely response and kind. It was such a relaxing atmosphere and we felt so rested when we left.

The chalet is incredible, there are great restaurants nearby, and it's very easy to get to the Vulcán Tenorio National Park from there. Super clean and comfortable place. Highly recommended 🫶🏻

Such an incredibly lovely cabin near Rio Celeste. We were also close to some great places to eat. The room was very clean, and we appreciated being able to lounge outside in the trampoline hammock area! :) I would definitely stay here again.
