Tulum has announced several hotels with free beach access, but availability may be limited. These locations may not provide chairs or may be fully booked without a reservation.

Everything was luxurious, it matched the images shown and the description, and the instructions inside the room were clear, the only detail is that the location is a little complicated to find

The apartment is in the fundo de tulum the streets is an disgust. Looks like the car is going to break 15 times before you arrive, when you arrive it's not very obvious where it is because there is a door right next door tmb with nothing of name on the doors. When we went we had a very weird guy sitting in the free area who did nothing by asking which apartment we were in and it seemed very weird and his tmb wave was very rare. I made a reservation with indication that I had a dog. My dog is normal that I have to take it out so that it does its needs, and like they are all dirt streets with huge wells and a lot of rain then a lot of mud.... and then I wanted to charge the sheets because I had 2-3 mud patitas in the sheets ... I wanted to charge for something that was washed ... The buildings next door had parties with electronic music all night so with all this we feel like going one night before because it didn't feel very comfortable.

Our stay in this apartment was fantastic! The accommodation was clean, well-furnished, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The location was perfect, the host was extremely helpful and attentive to all our needs. We highly recommend this apartment and look forward to returning!

Rachel was a very helpful host along with her friendly staff. The apartment looked just like the photos and the pool was great to see the sunset. Unfortunately, there were some minor cleanliness issues but those could be fixed easily.
