The Space

This ground-floor condo in Tamarindo was remodeled in the fall of 2025. It offers convenient walking access to the beach and town center, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends. The bedrooms are positioned on opposite sides of the unit, providing privacy while keeping everyone close. With no stairs to climb, it’s easy to take breaks from the beach throughout the day.

The condo features an open-concept living area that includes a sitting area, living room, dining room, kitchen, and outdoor terrace. Amenities include air conditioning, cable TV, and Wi-Fi.

The kitchen is fully equipped with:

• Full-sized refrigerator
• Cooktop and oven
• Coffee maker
• Microwave
• Toaster
• Blender
• Cookware, flatware, and dishes for six guests

For guest convenience, bath towels and Turkish beach towels are provided for all registered guests. Additional linens include hand towels and makeup washcloths in the bathroom, as well as kitchen towels.

Biodegradable toiletries supplied for guests include:

• 2-in-1 shampoo and conditioner
• Body wash
• Hand soap

Biodegradable dish soap is also available in the kitchen. An iron and hairdryer are on site for guest use.

For families with young children, a full-sized crib is available upon request and subject to availability. A Pack ’n Play is also provided for babies weighing less than 35 pounds.

Beach chairs, coolers, and sand toys are available within the building on a first-come, first-served basis.

Weekly cleaning service is included for stays longer than seven nights. Additional cleanings can be arranged for a fee.

Pet Policy

The condo is pet-friendly with a maximum of two pets allowed. Dogs are welcome in common areas but must be leashed. All pets require approval prior to arrival. Please notify the host if you plan to bring a pet.

Additional Information

Tamarindo is undergoing significant development in the Villarreal, Tamarindo, and Langosta areas. As a result, some noise from nearby construction may occur during legal working hours.

The local environment includes native wildlife such as ants, spiders, moths, lizards, flies, beetles, howler monkeys, skunks, porcupines, possums, iguanas, and hawks. Occasional sightings of these creatures inside or near the condo are normal, especially during the rainy season when they seek shelter. Guests are advised to keep food sealed to avoid attracting insects.

The condo is prepared with traps and sprays to manage pests, but no refunds will be issued for sightings. Guests who encounter an abundance of ants or other pests can use the provided Bygon spray under the kitchen sink or request assistance from the handyman.

Power outages can happen in Costa Rica. If an outage lasts longer than six hours, a 25% refund will be offered for the affected day. No refunds or discounts apply for outages shorter than six hours.

Onsite parking is available but limited to one vehicle.
