El Rey Loro is part of Blue Deer Residences Tulum, a fully staffed private boutique community situated on a paved road near Kulkulkan Avenue and within walking distance to Tulum Town. The property includes an on-site manager, cleaning, and maintenance personnel. Although the villa is digitally accessible, management will personally welcome you upon arrival.
Boasting four spacious bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, the villa features three king beds and two full beds. High ceilings and an open floor plan create a bright, airy atmosphere. Every window offers tranquil views of tropical nature, while local wood beams and accents add warmth and an earthy feel. Vibrant hand-painted murals enliven several walls, providing excellent photo opportunities.
The villa is ideal for resting, entertaining, relaxing, and even working if needed. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for private chef services or preparing your own meals. Unique laser-cut closet panels enhance both ventilation and design throughout the home.
Each bedroom is supplied with beach bags and beach/pool towels for guest use. Three bedrooms include dressing mirrors, and ample hangers are provided. The spa-inspired bathrooms are tiled from floor to ceiling, featuring dramatic beachy blue stone accent walls, cove lighting, and walk-in showers. Certified organic shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and hairdryers are supplied. The master bathroom is a special highlight with an indoor garden and double sinks.

Additional Information
There is a $50 per person per night fee for groups exceeding eight guests, with a maximum occupancy of ten. Please inform us of your group size before booking if you have more than eight guests.

Loved staying here! Lesley was a great host and helpful with directions to navigate through the city. Place was uniquely decorated. Love the jacuzzi and the pool. My friends and I had a blast. Highly recommend staying here. I would rent again when I come back to Tulum.

Two words, Book IT!!! We had the best time. The host, Lesly was amazing from the minute we booked our stay she was on top of things and helped me with a lot of the activities, restaurant reservations, transportation, etc that I wanted to do during our stay. I have stayed in many AirBnBs before and never experienced this kind of service. The house was perfect to celebrate my birthday with a group friends! Excellent location in the center of Tulum and only 10 minutes from the beach (zona hotelera) we will definitely visit again!

Amazing Airbnb! We loved the place and all the amenities that came with it. Our group used the hot tub and pool on the daily. The Airbnb had everything we needed for our large group. Though it didn’t have a dish washer, the cleaning crew was super helpful in cleaning both the rooms and our dishes. We felt as if we were in a resort . Lesley was super communicative and excited to share tulum recs. Highly recommend this Airbnb

We had an amazing time staying at Blue Deer Residences! Lesley was SO helpful in arranging everything we needed for our bachelorette party - decorations, taxis, private chef, boat, etc. The house was beautiful, clean, and plenty of space for 10 girls. We loved hanging out by the pool and on the rooftop. The staff of Blue Deer were wonderful and super responsive - although we had a few maintenance issues in the beginning of the stay, they came right away to address them. Highly recommend this villa for groups!

I’ve had the privilege to stay in many airbnbs over the years including three others in Tulum alone, and I can easily say this was my best experience yet. The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, extremely clean (with daily housekeeping), in a desirable location (15-20 min walk to main strip, but quiet enough side street). What made this experience truly above and beyond however were the people. Lesley’s fantastic communication, Dayvis’ excellent management (a few issues did come up on our stay but were addressed within hours), and the whole team including Paco, Lulu and Lili. The departing gift was a very nice touch. Thank you to the whole team for a 20/10 stay, we will back amigos!

Never in my life have I stayed at an Airbnb that has daily cleaning service. We had the luxury of a home, while feeling we stayed in a 5 star hotel. Beds were made everyday, kitchen cleaned, it was amazing. Home was stunning, very spacious, and tons of fun! 10/10 recommend! Only 10 min taxi to the Tulum strip. Tons of places to walk to around the home. Just yes!

Lesley and her team were so responsive to our needs and helped us coordinate transportation, a private dinner, and looked into beach club access for us. Every need we had was answered and I would love to stay there again. If I could give it 10 stars I would. Thanks again for the great stay my friends and I had a great time!
