The large, fully equipped kitchen boasts a center island, quality appliances, and all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. Additional conveniences include a coffee maker with coffee, blender, toaster, and dishwasher for easy cleanup.

When it’s time to rest, the home offers three cozy bedrooms designed for restful sleep:

• Guests must be at least 27 years old to book
• A signed Rental Agreement is required upon booking confirmation
• Official ID may be requested at check-in or during the stay
• A security deposit might be required depending on the booking platform; it is refundable after check-out if all terms are met
• Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property
• The home has two stories; guests should be prepared to use stairs
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home; drug use and illegal activities are also forbidden and subject to a $300 fine
• No parties, events, or loud noise after 10 pm to respect neighbors
• Cleaning service is available for an additional fee; please request in advance
• Guests are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning costs incurred during their stay
• Pets are not allowed
• Pool and community area rules must be followed at all times
