The Space

The two-story home offers 3,412 square feet of living space. The bright, open-plan interior includes a comfortable living room with ample seating and a Smart TV. One sofa converts into a single pullout bed.

A round dining table with six cushioned chairs provides a comfortable setting for meals at home. The fully equipped kitchen features a center island, quality appliances, and everything needed to prepare meals, along with:

• Coffee maker and coffee
• Blender
• Toaster
• Dishwasher

The home also includes a newly installed water heater for warm showers.

Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: Plush king bed, en-suite bathroom, television, and direct access to the pool area
• Bedroom 2: Two queen beds and direct access to the pool area
• Bedroom 3: One double/full bed

There are two full bathrooms with walk-in showers, plus an additional half bathroom.

Wi-Fi is available for work or streaming, and on-site parking is provided. Guests also have access to the community’s shared amenities, including a sea-view pool and palapa dining area.

Outdoor Areas

Gather around the fire pit or prepare meals on the rooftop terrace, which includes a full outdoor kitchen and barbecue. The community pool and palapa dining area are only steps from the home.

Location

The home is close enough to town for convenient access while offering a peaceful and relaxing setting. Downtown Cabo’s beaches and nightlife are approximately 7 minutes away. Costco and Walmart are nearby, and Chileno Beach is also within easy reach.

Guest Access

Guests have full, exclusive access to the home, along with shared access to the community amenities on-site.

• Guests must be at least 27 years old to book.
• Guests must sign a rental agreement after the booking is confirmed.
• An official identification document may be required at check-in or during the stay.
• Depending on the booking platform, a security deposit may be required. It will be refunded after check-out provided all terms are met.
• Only the guests listed on the reservation may stay at the property.
• The home has two stories, and guests must use stairs.
• Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the home. Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are strictly prohibited. Violations result in a $300 fine.
• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Excessive noise is prohibited after 10:00 p.m. Please respect the neighbors.
• Cleaning service is available for an additional fee. Please request it in advance.
• Outdoor security cameras are installed for safety and security.
• Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning costs resulting from their stay.
• Pets are not allowed.
• All pool and common-area rules at the complex must be followed.
