• The home has two stories; guests should be prepared to use stairs
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home; drug use and illegal activities are also forbidden and subject to a $300 fine
• No parties, events, or loud noise after 10 pm to respect neighbors
• Cleaning service is available for an additional fee; please request in advance
• Guests are responsible for any damages or extra cleaning costs incurred during their stay
