We had a great stay at Edificio Paz. The three-story unit was spacious, comfortable, and everything was generally as described. The location is hard to beat. You’re right in Poblado, next to Provenza, with an endless selection of restaurants, bars, clubs, shops, and pretty much everything you’d want to do in Medellín within easy reach. The hosts were excellent, and the reception staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We saw a few reviews mention street noise. Every now and then, a party bus would drive by playing loud music, but we actually thought it added to the experience. It kept the Medellín energy going and never interfered with our stay or bothered us. Great unit, great location, great staff. We’d definitely stay here again.

Absolutely loved the walkability of this location and right above some great restaurants. Only downside was loud construction and the late night party buses. We expected loud party noises in the neighborhood and were fine with it overall. If you want peaceful, then this is not a great spot for you. If you want to have fun and don’t mind it being loud, 10/10 recommend this spot

The Paz building is definitely superbly located in the best area of Poblado!!! The apartment is very nice and spacious, with all the amenities you need. I also had a problem heating the jacuzzi, and Daniel and David were ready to help me and fix it. I definitely recommend it. Thank you!!!

Overall this apartment is fairly nice. It’s not quite as large as we anticipated from the photos but it was good space for three people. The listing notes there may be some noise. The noise level was WAY louder than we expected starting Wednesday night through Saturday night, to the point where one of our party didn’t sleep Wednesday and another slept on the sofa Friday night and that included using earplugs and white noise machines. The noise is not ambient street noise, it’s very loud bar and club music blaring until about 3-4 am which would be disruptive to most people. The center bedroom is most insulated. So if you rent this apartment just be aware the noise is not ambient street noise but extremely loud club music and horns blaring which will likely impact your sleep schedule.
