The main house has 2 bedrooms upstairs, one with a king bed and the other with 2 singles (can convert to a king) and a spacious, open living area and kitchen below. The guest house has a large private bath and covered terrace with a swing. Both share a nice pool. The space The space is idyllic--like a little colonial village around a pool surrounded by rainforest. The main house has balconies for the bedrooms and a great covered patio area with a BBQ grill. The open floor-plan living area, dining area and kitchen flow freely out to the patio, where there is a large table for meals and games. The guest house also has a large covered patio area with a hammock, and has a colonial feel. Inside there are high ceilings, AC, a large bathroom, a queen bed and a twin bed. A couple of steps communicate both homes to the pool terrace, where there are loungers to sit and enjoy the tranquility of the surrounding rainforest. Villa Monos is part of a biological corridor and therefore gets a ton of wildlife. Sloths, agoutis, iguanas and tons of birds including the notorious toucan and flamboyant scarlet macaw. Oh--and lots of monkeys, all three kinds: There are the howler monkeys--those are the ones that wake you up in the morning. There are the capuchin monkeys--they are the ones that steal your bananas and then gloat at you. And there are the titi monkeys, playful and plentiful--those are the ones from which the property get's it's namesake: Villa Monos Bailarines. aka 'House of the Dancing Monkeys'. Guest access Both the main home and guest house, as well as the pool. The property is private. Other things to note There is a cement walkway from the parking area to the villas with the equivalent of about a flight of steps spread out along its trajectory, for mobility-impaired folk. There is also a flight of stairs in the house from the lower level to the upper (bedroom) level, and a couple of steps between the house, outdoor covered patio and pool area.

## Wildlife
