The Space

The house accommodates up to 16 guests, including one air mattress and two double beds located in attic areas. Access to the attic beds requires climbing stairs, as shown in the photographs.
Housekeepers
Housekeepers cost COP 100,000 (approximately US$25) per day. One housekeeper is provided for groups of fewer than eight guests, while two are provided for larger groups. Guests are expected to share their food with the housekeepers.

It is a very comfortable house with large spaces, in addition the kitchen is very complete with very useful utensils and appliances, it has a lot of space both in the pantry and to refrigerate food. The house staff are very friendly and willing to help. It is important to bring repellent as there are many mosquitoes.

The place is just what they offer, it is very spacious, comfortable and tidy, the people in charge of the house are very friendly and cook very well. Maybe I would improve the mattresses on the beds, that's the only thing.

The property is very nice, everything is very nice, very close to the village, the pool suddenly had a lot of chlorine, the ladies who helped us were too incredible, comfortable beds, bathrooms, large pool, nice land, it's a little weird that at night you have to put things in the house even though they are on the property but understandable because of the size of the property

The house has a unique style, a very quiet and reserved space, the facilities in general were very comfortable. Something to highlight, the people who serve in the place are at all times aware of what you need, important the good attention at all times. Highlighted the comfort of the beds, really amazing, we all slept very well, great mattresses. Overall it was perfect for the celebration we were looking for, for the kids the pool was amazing, big and spacious.

My wife, our family and I are very grateful for the excellent service, kindness and hospitality of Luz Mery, Valentina, Jasmin and Luz Mery's husband! They made our stay very special! Nice place, good weather, a beautiful view, perfect place to rest and disconnect. The dining area in the rubber tree is spectacular for a nice afternoon and family lunch. Highly recommended. ☺️

Price/place ratio is excellent, quite comfortable and private for a large group of people. The Host requires paying for an extra cleaning and cooking service which was very good, given that the ladies who work there cook delicious and are very attentive. The house and its surroundings have perfect spaces to accommodate any needs. We would recommend to use repellent constantly. We would definitely stay again to enjoy more days and get to know the lake and its other surroundings.

Overall the place is beautiful and comfortable. The service provided by Mrs. Mary and her assistant was exceptional. General information: - The place gives the option for 16 people but in reality there are only 7 beds. Although the beds are large, sleeping on the warm ground with 3 people at the same time is somewhat uncomfortable. - Initially, we were annoyed that the service of the ladies who help around the house was mandatory, but in reality, the service is worth it. They treated us very well and everything was very good. - The place has very well-kept green areas but the lake had no fish. Please confirm which season is mentioned in the description. - Communication with Don Álvaro was very precise and good, although at some point I felt he was uncomfortable or moody. - the mosquito issue is very real! Insect repellent is required.

Top Spot people and those who helped us in the house were always aware of us. Luz Mery and her husband are very friendly and she is very skilled in the kitchen. We would go back without hesitation.

The attention and kindness of everyone on the property was exceptional. Mrs. Luz Mery and her sister cook delicious food, they were always attentive to us and kept the house in perfect condition. They are very respectful of privacy despite always being attentive, and they were very loving with the dogs. I would definitely come back.
