Great stay and great hosts. Very safe building and neighborhood, quiet. There was a cockroach problem but we were only staying for a few nights and they quickly offered to solve it and reported to the building. Parking is easy if you’re a good driver haha. Great location if you’re working in Z10.

The place has beautiful views! Everything was quite clean and equipped with what you need, good location with the hosts, in a quiet area, and doubts were resolved quickly. The bad thing is that the JACUZZI IS NOT INCLUDED, although it is advertised as part of the service. But it was my mistake not to read the house rules. Line 155 indicated that it must be reserved 24 hours in advance and that Q100 per person is charged to use it. If you stay for 1 night, you can't use it even if you pay. So I had the bad experience of being kicked out by the security guard a couple of minutes after we started using it. But because of the beautiful view of that part of the city, it was worth the 20-hour stay!

It's a beautiful place with a view. Well, I don't even know what word to use for the beauty of the apartment and the view, and at night it's even better. Super recommended. I would return a thousand times.

This unit/management company has a lot of potential - it’s a pretty modern building with a coffee shop in the lobby. Gorgeous view. Washer/dryer is convenient. With a few tweaks I think it could definitely be a five-star stay. 1) The jacuzzi isn’t included in the rental rate, must be reserved 24 hours in advance, and can only be reserved/used for one hour. The additional fee for use is Q100. 2) The unit is located in the Meraki building - there is no supermarket less than 2 blocks away and under no circumstances is Oakland Mall 3 minutes away, as stated in the listing. It’s a 25 minute walk or 10-12 minute Uber. 3) This listing doesn’t allow guests, but also doesn’t specify this in the house rules. We didn’t find this out until after we booked. 4) The drains in our showers were backed up, which made for an uncomfortable shower. We told the maintenance guy and I thought he fixed it when he came by, but it actually wasn’t fixed. They could also upgrade the showerhead a little.
