Welcome to this charming ground-floor unit situated within the gated community of Coco Sunset Hills, located in Las Palmas—one of Coco's most desirable neighborhoods. This cozy apartment offers two bedrooms and one bathroom. The main bedroom includes a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the living room den features an additional double bed. The sofa can also be converted into a bed to accommodate one more guest.
Enjoy preparing meals on the barbecue or relax under the sun in the private outdoor area. This unit provides everything needed for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation.
Amenities and Supplies
The condo comes with a limited starter pack of essential supplies, including:
- Several rolls of toilet paper
- One roll of paper towels
- A sponge
- Dish soap
- Hand soap
- Trash bags
- Basic cleaning supplies
Please note that shampoo is not included. After these initial items are used, guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed.
Important Information
As Costa Rica is a developing country, occasional interruptions in essential services such as water, electricity, and internet may occur. These disruptions are unpredictable and beyond the host’s control.
The unit is located on the ground floor; however, there is a slight incline at the entrance of the complex leading to the condo pathway.
Parking Policy
Each condo is allocated only one parking space within the gated community. Additional parking passes for extra vehicles cannot be provided. The neighborhood is very safe, with patrol guards regularly monitoring the streets. Guests have not experienced issues with street parking.

Getting in was super easy. The car was in the parking lot, which was very well maintained, so much so that I even left it unlocked by accident, and it was as if I were at home. The parking lot is very private💯. The apartment was just as it appeared in the photos. It was very well furnished and equipped with pots, spoons, coffee maker, etc. The air conditioners were perfect, the pools were very clean and without so much chlorine, and the good thing is that at night they were warm. The place was really very safe, and my children, wife, and pet had a perfect stay.

It was great, everything was very clean, easy access, comfortable house, it has several pools to choose from, everything was always clean, and it's very centrally located in El Coco, since you have everything just a few meters from the place, and you can walk to the beach. Highly recommended, and I'll be back for my next vacation!!!

Beautiful place. Quiet and safe. The area is beautiful. While the beach is not the most beautiful, it is close to many beautiful beaches. The apartment is small but very well equipped, and the condominium's surroundings are really beautiful

Excellent choice for families or friends, very good security, cleanliness, close to the beach and other tourist places, the only thing I didn't like very much was that we had to walk quite a bit from the parking lot to the apartment, but nothing that can't be done 👍🏻
