Welcome to our architect-designed home, where every detail was thoughtfully planned. Privacy, comfort, functionality, and the surrounding landscape come together to create a harmonious, holistic experience.

This authentic and cozy family home combines simplicity, good taste, and comfort. It is located just 3 minutes from Mesa de Yeguas, within a privately secured subdivision. Guests can enjoy an infinity pool, covered terrace, gas barbecue area, and spectacular views.

Capacity and Layout

• Sleeps 16 guests and can accommodate up to 21 people, with a bed for everyone.
• Four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and ceiling fan.
• Each guest beyond the first 16 is charged an additional COP 90,000 per night.
• Fully equipped kitchen. Guests should bring ice, cooking water, and food.
• Linens, towels, and toiletries are provided.
• Two cribs.
• Children’s chairs and activity table.
• Sandstone and swing.

Services

• Domestic service is available from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. for COP 100,000 per person per day.
• Groups of more than 8 guests must hire two domestic service staff members.
• Groups of more than 18 guests must hire three domestic service staff members.
• Domestic service must be requested at least 8 days before the rental start date and has an additional cost.
• The property has 24-hour surveillance.
• A butler is available from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with a separate entrance and room.

House Rules

• The use of fireworks, fire, or excessive music and noise on the property is prohibited.
• Smoking tobacco, herbs of any kind, or electronic cigarettes inside the house is not allowed.
• Do not flush paper or towels down the toilets.
• Do not leave food exposed in the kitchen or other areas overnight.
• Glass is not permitted in the pool area for safety reasons.
• External visitors and pets require prior authorization.
• Parties and events are not allowed without prior authorization. Small private events may be considered with prior approval, subject to special conditions, a minimum stay of 3 nights, and an additional fee.
• Moderate and respectful celebrations are permitted with authorization. Guests are encouraged to bring their own speaker.
• Shower before entering the pool, and do not apply tanning products in the pool.
• Children who are not toilet-trained must wear a swim diaper.
• For health and safety reasons, guests may not enter the pool with open wounds or during menstruation.
• Turn off lights in unused rooms and spaces, and keep windows and doors closed to help prevent mosquitoes, insects, and other animals typical of the area from entering.
• Do not manually add ice to the refrigerator’s ice maker, as this may damage it.
• Before check-out, place all garbage from your stay in the container at the property’s main gate, beside the road.
• Store all outdoor cushions before going to sleep or whenever it begins to rain to prevent moisture damage.

Guest Access

A member of our team will personally welcome you, open the gate, and help unload your luggage. A lockbox with keys is also available in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Arrival Information

We will provide an access map and a link to the location of the main gate to make arrival easier. Do not follow the location shown by Airbnb, as it is incorrect.

The road to the subdivision is unpaved and has some uneven sections typical of rural roads in the area. It is accessible year-round, but a vehicle with good ground clearance is recommended.

Power and Internet

Heavy rain or strong winds may occasionally interrupt the power supply. In these circumstances, we recommend using the bathrooms on the first floor, where the water service is less affected. Internet service may also be disrupted, although it is usually restored shortly afterward.

A generator is located in the technical room and will be connected by our staff when necessary.

Check-In and Check-Out

Early check-in before 3:00 p.m. and late check-out after 1:00 p.m. may be requested in advance. Requests are subject to availability and cost an additional COP 250,000 per request:

• Early check-in: COP 250,000
• Late check-out: COP 250,000

Pets

Pets require prior authorization. If approved, the fee is COP 150,000 per pet for the entire stay.

A cat lives at the house and is part of the property. We care for it very much, so please let us know in advance about any allergies or preferences regarding the cat.

Connection With Nature

The house was designed to blend into its surroundings and provide an authentic connection with nature. Several areas are completely open, and the bedrooms do not have blackout curtains. Natural light and ambient sounds may therefore accompany you as you wake up. This is an intentional design feature and an essential part of the experience.
