Guest Access
Guests have exclusive use of the entire house, including a private entrance and outdoor shower. The entrance provides direct access to the beach. From September 9, 2025, to December 30, 2025, improvements will be underway near the property. Guests may experience some daytime noise Monday through Friday until 4:30 PM and Saturdays until 1:00 PM. No construction will occur on Sundays.

location, location, location. Sounds of the sea, just 20metres walk to Cocles beach, you can pop out for a few mins or all day. We enjoyed the beach completely alone at night in the moonlight. Howler monkeys right outside in the trees, walking distance to restaurants or a cheap tuk tuk ride to Puerto Viejo. . Lots of towels, functional (if not beautiful) kitchen with all required utensils,and big refrigerator. Large terrace, well lit. Good AC units in bedrooms. Great PDF instructions in English and Spanish, great responsive communication. We will return secure parking for one car.

Fran fue muy amable al dejar entrar antes del check-in para usar el parking y las duchas, lo apreciamos mucho. El lugar era increíble, tal cual las fotos, frente al mar, espectacular. Todo el lugar estaba super limpio, ropa de cama y paños también.Lugar seguro y tranquilo. Las indicaciones para llegar sumamente detalladas, y Andrés, quien nos recibió en el lugar también fue muy amable. Viajamos 2 adultos, un niño y una mascota, nos encantó todo, sin duda volveríamos y recomendamos el lugar 100%.

We had such a great stay here. The Airbnb had that perfect beach feel super chill, clean, and spacious. It’s a two bedroom (queen + two double) and it fit our family of four (my wife and two kids) comfortably. The whole property is gated and only accessible by security codes, which made it feel very safe especially with kids. The restaurants and local shops were only a 2 minute walk away. Which made it very easy to get something to eat. The outdoor setup was the highlight. The patio leads to a backyard with a secured gated and from there it’s less than 30 yards to the beach. Listening to the waves at night is something else. Big thank you to Fran and Katalina for being great hosts. Katalina was great. She was very helpful and had plenty of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Absolutely a pleasure to work with. Andy, the property manager, was also amazing, super friendly and very helpful. Overall, we loved it and would highly recommend! Pura vida🤙 Clarence

Magnifique séjour! Nous sommes restés 5 jours. Le logement (la maisonnette à 2 chambres) était parfait pour notre famille de 4 (2 adultes et 2 ados). Très près du chemin principal, mais très cozy et sécuritaire en même temps - le bruit des vagues camouflent le son du trafic! La vue sur la mer avec végétation autour - c’est super! (Mais nous nous sommes baignés là seulement une fois - avons choisi de découvrir d’autres plages plus calmes alentours). La climatisation dans les chambres et les lits confortables ont permis de bonnes nuits de sommeil (malgré les singes hurleurs - wow!) Nous avions voiture de location - l’espace de stationnement est très petit et près de la route - mais avec barrière de sécurité- cela semble typique pour la région. Merci beaucoup à Kat qui m’a envoyé toute l’information non seulement sur le logement mais a proposé toute une liste d’activités et de services offerts alentours :)
