The Space

Welcome to El Encanto De La Laguna, a peaceful ocean-view condo in Cabo designed for tranquility and comfort. This spacious unit features three bedrooms, each with its own private full bathroom, providing privacy and convenience for all guests.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a variety of seasonings, pots, pans, baking tools, and Tupperware, making it easy to prepare meals just like at home. Step out onto the large terrace to enjoy stunning sunsets, grill on the BBQ, and take a quick two-minute walk to the nearby beach.

Our community is located about 15 minutes outside the city, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. The homeowners association enforces strict rules to maintain a calm and orderly environment, ideal for groups seeking a quiet retreat.

  Similar to the first guest room, it includes a queen-size bed, built-in closet, and a private bathroom with a roomy sink.

Common Areas

The living room provides a relaxing space with a sliding glass door that opens directly to the community pool. Enjoy movie nights on the TV or gather around the dining table, which seats six. Additional seating is available at the kitchen island with four stools.

The patio features a BBQ area that connects to the dining room, perfect for outdoor meals. There is also a convenient half bathroom near the fully equipped laundry room.

Transportation

We highly recommend renting a car, as the condo is situated in a secluded community and having a vehicle makes getting around much easier.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire condo and all its amenities.
