This accommodation is best suited for a family of four, a couple, or a group of three due to having only one bathroom. It is not ideal for two couples or four adults.

Great stay! the setting was stunning, great pool with a fantastic view, really nice layout. We saw toucans and other birds from the property. Really close to Uvita. Tracy was a good host, very welcoming, responded quicky to all messages. Thanks for the stay!

The welcome was a little rushed. The garden is lush, and the infinity pool is exceptional. The outdoor living room is comfortable. The kitchen is small; it’s a real oven. Bedding is average. The bathroom is very small. There was little or no water pressure at all. The house is right next to our hosts, and there is very little privacy.

What a beautiful place — can't imagine a better morning than strolling out to the patio, having a cup of coffee, and then hopping into the gorgeous pool and looking out at the trees and listening to the birds, which we did every day that we were here. An afternoon visit from several capuchin monkeys was another highlight! And it's a short drive to Playa Uvita and Playa Hermosa — we also liked the Beehive Restaurant just down the road. Tracy was the perfect host, both responsive and chill. Highly recommended!

Tracy and Geoff were very friendly and accommodating hosts. The property was stunning; beautiful views and lush jungle scenery! We especially loved the pool and the outdoor patio space. We felt very safe with the gated entrance and Geoff and Tracy were right next door if we needed anything. The house is in a great location for exploring Uvita and neighboring towns. It’s easy to access and just minutes from restaurants and beaches. We had a great stay!

We were blown away at how beautiful this home was. It was better in person than the pictures. Tracy and Geoff were great hosts. They live on the property but we rarely saw them and we felt in complete privacy the entire time. They are lovely hosts and keep the home in great shape. We will definitely visit their beautiful home again.

Wonderful, wonderful experience. We knew we would enjoy the location, the view, the pool, etc, but our stay exceeded expectations! Tracy and Geoff were communicative, welcoming, and helpful. So appreciate that they had a binder of information and local recommendations. We would return, if they would have us again, without hesitation.

The place corresponded 99% to the description, the tall trees were in the way, so the ocean view was unfortunately obscured. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, thanks for everything ☺️ The upper floor has a 360-degree view due to the complete glazing, which is beautiful! In the morning you are woken up by the sunrise. Big plus, all windows have screens. Even bigger plus, the pool 😍 Was a nice stay ☺️

Tracy and Geoff hosted us very well in their guest house. Although their house is right next door (which is safe), we had a lot of privacy and the outdoor space was reserved for us. We were able to enjoy the magnificent pool. The garden is wonderful, beautiful variety, well maintained. A huge guanascaste, the national tree, overlooks the courtyard. We were able to observe many birds from the terrace. We even saw an agouti walking around. Tracy and Geoff are very friendly hosts. Once again, thank you for everything. We only have one desire, to come back ;)
