• Smoking of any kind, including tobacco and cannabis, is prohibited inside the home. Recreational drug use anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited. Violations will incur a $300 penalty.
• Parties and events are not permitted. Illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise is not allowed, especially after 10 p.m. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
• Only the guests listed on the reservation may stay at the property.
• Renters are responsible for charges related to any damage caused during their stay, as well as necessary additional cleaning fees after departure.
• Renters must provide a government-issued ID on the day of check-in and may be asked to show identification during their stay when identity verification is required.
• Please do not move the furniture.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The accommodation rate is calculated per guest. Please provide the accurate number of people staying in the reservation so we can prepare the home properly and avoid additional charges.
