Villa la Querencia offers a boutique vacation experience on the Santiago Peninsula, above the prestigious Las Hadas Resort Hotel. With seven bedrooms and eight and a half bathrooms, it is well suited for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing getaway in Manzanillo.

A cook and housekeeping staff are included with your rental. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

To maintain our standards of quality and service, reservations are accepted for groups of no more than 15 guests.

The Space

Upon arrival at Manzanillo Airport, private transportation to the villa can be arranged for an additional fee. Alternatively, you may take a taxi.

Guests have exclusive use of the villa and its private amenities, including:

• Swimming pool
• Hot tub
• Television room
• Living areas

Relax and enjoy the attentive care of the villa staff throughout your stay.

Guest Access

Before arrival, you must provide the names of all guests in your group. This information is required to complete the registration and check-in process.

Under the house rules, only registered guests may access the property. Unauthorized access will incur an additional fee of $100 USD, approximately 1,800 Mexican pesos, per extra person per day.

Registered guests have access to the entire property except for:

• A private storage area in the primary suite
• The studio reserved for staff
• The kitchen
• The laundry room

Because a cook and housekeeping staff are provided, the kitchen and laundry room are reserved for staff use.

The maximum occupancy is 15 guests. The agreed rental price applies only to the authorized and registered guests.

Meals and Beverages

Staff services are included in the rental price. Gratuity is not included and is optional, based on your satisfaction with the services. Please tip each staff member individually.

Food and beverages are not included in the rental price.

Before your arrival, the staff will coordinate with you regarding dinner on the evening of arrival and breakfast the following morning. This allows the cook to prepare those meals in advance.

For subsequent meals, you will coordinate directly with the cook. She will handle shopping, cooking, serving, and cleanup. During your stay, she will provide receipts for the food and beverages requested for meals at the villa, and you will reimburse her based on those receipts.

You may also bring your own food and beverages for the cook to prepare. If you plan to dine at a local restaurant, please inform the cook.

Meals are prepared and served family-style for the group as a whole and generally include:

• One or two main entrées
• Two or three side dishes
• Dessert, if selected

Please schedule dinner service no later than 7:00 p.m. This allows the cook enough time to clean up and depart by 8:00 p.m.
