It's a nice apartment. The climb is tough since there's no elevator, but I think it's a very connected apartment. I suggest improving the cleanliness, but otherwise everything is fine.

The location of the place is excellent. You can go to several places from where the apartment is. There are shops and supermarkets very close by. The place and the rooms are impeccable. The view of the bay is beautiful. There is air conditioning, which helps a lot with the heat. The kitchen is super equipped and the living and dining room are spacious, with a view of the bay as well. From the rooms you can see the ocean and the bay. You can rest very well because there are no clubs nearby. Honestly, this place is a 10. The pool is also large. You can be in that area, and it also has a view of the ocean and the bay. Thank you, Luis, for everything. We will definitely be back soon.

In general, the service was poor. There was no problem upon arrival. When it came to washing and drying the dishes, the cloths had hair on them. Then there was no internet service, and I tried to communicate with the host, but he didn't answer. There were also insects in the bathroom and the baseboard was loose, as well as loose tiles. It should be noted that there were many ants right there. When they called, a little boy answered and hung up. He said he would return the call, but he didn't. Terrible service.

The accommodation was good, although we had issues with the water service, since we struggled to get it to work and it was really scarce. Regarding the space, it's a little smaller than I imagined, but it's OK. I recommend that you be able to make adjustments and certain changes in the house, since issues such as the door of the master bedroom did not close properly, and the bathrooms look somewhat deteriorated. Overall, the stay was good for me, but I would make changes inside the apartment to make it more pleasant. Even so, I recommend it, since it is centrally located to different points to visit in the city.

There was hair on the armchairs and beds, there was no Wi-Fi, and the air conditioner and the refrigerator both leak.

There was pet hair on the bed and armchairs, the air conditioning started dripping water, the refrigerator was also leaking water, the Wi-Fi went out, and we spent 4 days and 3 nights without Wi-Fi, and there was no TV with a Smart TV. I didn't leave enough toilet paper for the days of the week we were there.

Excellent condition, service, and accommodations. Without a doubt, a quiet place to stay, with an incredible view of the bay and everything in perfect working order (bathroom, kitchen, utensils, sofa, table, etc.). This was our trip on MARCH 25, 2026, and everything worked really well: hot water, internet, air conditioning, security, and the staff are super friendly for check-in and check-out. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT, AND HAVE A GREAT TRIP, EVERYONE ✈️❤️
