The Space

Living and Dining Areas
The open-plan kitchen and family room include a dining area and breakfast bar. Two sets of sliding glass doors open onto the Caribbean Sea and lead to an oversized deck with seating for at least eight people.
The entire unit features beautiful Belizean hardwood ceilings. The living room includes a flat-screen television, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for your stay, including a blender.

The experience was great overall, the two things that could use improvement are: 1. The AC in the “first floor” bedroom only blew hot air 2. The sargassum made it hard to enjoy being outside. I know there’s only so much management can do but our first night was terrible due to our neighbors being awake and talking at full volume at 3 AM on their balcony. Even though there was a storm, they also decided to go swimming at 3:30 AM but at least they weren’t as loud.

Place was great. Large space with everything you need. Walk to everything and has bike and golf cart rentals. Good communication with host and lots of wildlife from the dock

The staff were very helpful and accommodating! The furniture was a little outdated but it was in a great location away from all the noise near the split! I would definitely stay again. The private dock was my favorite part because no one really used it so it was quiet and peaceful for the slow mornings.

This place was very beautiful and clean! We felt safe there and it was right next to the beach. Additionally, it was a quick walk to the restaurants and grocery stores. Loved how we had a private dock. I love swimming laps early morning in the pool. Make sure you stop by Jc’s restaurant which is right near there serving roadside food.
