The place really has a spectacular view. It's a very quiet and private area. There's access to the beach in a few minutes by car. There are even restaurants on the beach, or you can take your cooler. The pool is spectacular. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. It's about 10 minutes from San Juan del Sur, but once you get used to going to SJDS, the privacy, view and comfort of the house make those 10 minutes away from the hustle and bustle worthwhile.

Beautiful house, very modern and well equipped. The view is amazing, and it's close to Remanso Beach, which is recommended for beginner surf lessons. I highly recommend this house :)

One of the best views I’ve had in my 28 years of life. Made me feel as if staying for 7 days wasn’t enough, I will definitely book for a longer stay next time. It’s just one of those dreamy places you never want to leave. Hosts were very helpful and responsive from the moment I booked to the moment of checkout. Getting there was super easy especially with the new roads that have been constructed, Waze was the go to navigation map to get there because Google Maps wasn’t pin pointing it right. Everything was spotless, beds were a bit firm but pillows were super comfortable. It’s definitely worth every penny can’t thank the hosts enough for the wonderful hospitality and experience.
