Guest Access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire house during their stay, including the private pool, jacuzzi, golf cart, and garage.

Private Chef Services

A private chef can be arranged for your group. Rates start at:

• Breakfast or lunch: $140
• Dinner: $170
• All three meals in one day for up to six guests: $370

A 15% gratuity applies. Groceries are not included. Please inquire about rates for larger groups or holiday periods.

House Policies

Pet Policy

The property welcomes dogs weighing 15 pounds or less. Please notify the host in advance if you plan to bring a pet. An additional, non-negotiable cleaning fee of $250 USD applies. Last-minute or unregistered pets are not permitted.

Child Safety

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times. The pool and jacuzzi are not gated, and other potential hazards may be present.

House Rules

• Parties and events are not permitted.
• Bachelor and bachelorette groups are not permitted.
• Groups with guests under 25 years of age are not permitted.
• Quiet hours must be respected out of consideration for residential neighbors.

Security Cameras

Outdoor security cameras are installed near the pergola bar and face the firepit area and golf course. They are used solely for security monitoring, and guest privacy is respected.

Long-Term Stays

Monthly reservations are welcome. A refundable monthly security deposit may apply. Please confirm the details before booking.

Outside vendors are not permitted on the property in order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment. The concierge team can arrange trusted professionals for any services you may need.
