La Esquina

The Space

La Esquina is a distinctive property featuring ten luxury condominiums located in Playa Langosta within a gated community. It is situated just across the street from Langosta Beach, which is only a few minutes’ walk away. Playa Langosta lies about one mile from the center of Tamarindo, making it an ideal spot to unwind and escape daily stress—whether relaxing in your condo, on the beach, or by the large community pool.

The complex is fully enclosed, enhancing both privacy and security. Each unit includes a secure parking space inside the gate, and 24-hour security is provided.

Your unit offers a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed and sliding glass doors leading to a private patio furnished with two wooden chairs—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The master bathroom features a tiled shower.

The second bedroom contains a king-size bed, a closet, and sliding glass doors opening onto a private balcony. The third bedroom has two twin beds and sliding glass doors that connect to the main balcony just outside the living room. This balcony overlooks the pool and offers views of the tops of lush tropical trees. Bedrooms two and three share a bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped and custom-designed, including:

• Double-door refrigerator
• Countertop stove
• Dishwasher
• Coffee maker
• Toaster oven
• Microwave
• Wall oven
• Wood cabinets
• Granite countertops

Sliding glass doors from the kitchen open onto a barbecue patio with a gas grill and a wooden table for four. You can enjoy your meals outside or at the six-person dining table inside the condo.
