The House and Its Art

This private colonial residence has been shaped by art, family, and time. It is not a hotel, but a lived-in artistic sanctuary in which every detail has been thoughtfully designed. Guests are invited to slow down, relax, and experience Cartagena from within.

The residence features original works created exclusively by the Gil family, including:

• Sculptures and paintings by Spanish artist Eladio Gil Zambrana and his wife, Fini Piñero de Gil.
• Ceramics and wood paintings by their daughter, María José Gil.

Together, these works form a living artistic legacy.

Breakfast

Each morning, our team prepares a refined homemade breakfast using fresh, local ingredients. The daily menu may include:

Lunch or dinner can be arranged with 24 hours’ notice. Share your preferred ingredients, and our staff will prepare a private meal for your group at no additional service fee.

Tipping in Colombia is optional and entirely at your discretion. If you would like to recognize exceptional service, tips may be given directly to the staff.
