Overview

Casa Los Ángeles is a luxury villa in Malinalco set across 5 hectares of gardens. The property has been featured as a filming location for series and films, including Viudas de Jueves, and in publications such as AD.

The villa accommodates up to 16 guests and includes:

• A paddle court
• A swimming pool designed by Dutch artist Jan Hendrix
• A cook, housekeeper, and caretaker
• Several terraces and open views

For groups of more than 10 guests, additional staff will be required.

The Space

Casa Los Ángeles is designed as a peaceful countryside retreat, located approximately 5 minutes from Malinalco.

The house includes:

• A beautifully decorated main living room
• A television room
• A dining area
• A pool table
• A paddle court
• A swimming pool with open views
• Several terraces
• Six bedrooms, each with a private bathroom

This is a family home where guests are welcome to enjoy the books, music, pool table, and other amenities. We kindly ask that everything be treated with care and left as it was found.

Quiet Hours and Music

Personal sound systems are not permitted anywhere on the property. Guests may use the house sound system.

To respect the surrounding area, outdoor music is not permitted after 10:00 PM.

Check-In and Check-Out

Standard times are:

• Check-in: 3:00 PM
• Check-out: 12:00 PM

Flexible arrival and departure times may be available depending on the schedule.

Pool Heating

The swimming pool is naturally heated with solar panels and is also equipped with a gas boiler for colder months.

If you choose to use the boiler:

• The cost is approximately $1,800 MXN per use, depending on weather conditions and the desired temperature.
• The pool can reach approximately 32°C (90°F).
• The fee covers only the actual gas consumption, with no additional markup.
• The service should be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
• Payment may be made in advance or directly to the caretaker upon arrival.

Grill and Pizza Oven

The property includes an excellent grill and a pizza oven.

Wi-Fi and Power

Wi-Fi is fast and suitable for remote work. Available services include Infinitum, TotalPlay, and Starlink.

As with any natural setting, occasional power outages may occur, although they are not frequent.

Pets

Up to four pets are welcome.

For the comfort and care of the property, pets may not enter the pool or go on the beds or sofas.

Staff and Additional Services

The services of a cook, housekeeper, and caretaker are included and are an essential part of the experience.

For larger groups, especially when the house is fully occupied, additional staff will be required to ensure proper service.

Additional support can be arranged at approximately $600 MXN per day, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This service is paid directly.

Before your arrival, we will create a group to coordinate meals and other details of your stay.

Grocery Shopping

The caretaker can assist with grocery shopping using the property’s pickup truck:

• Malinalco market, pharmacy, and convenience stores: $200 MXN
• Tenancingo Chedraui: $400 MXN

Grocery shopping assistance may also be requested before arrival.

Location and Natural Surroundings

The house is located in the countryside, approximately 5 minutes from Malinalco. The property is regularly fumigated; however, because of its natural surroundings, occasional insects, arachnids, or other harmless animals may appear.

Parties and Events

Parties and weddings are not permitted.

Up to 10 additional day visitors who are not staying overnight may be welcomed for meals or gatherings between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Guest Access and Privacy

The entire house and garden are exclusively yours during your stay. Casa Los Ángeles is not shared with other guests.

The property is adjacent to other homes in our collection:

• Casa Limoncito
• Casa Panchito
• Casa Guayaba

Each property has its own independent entrance, and the homes are connected by a private gated road. Please respect the boundaries between properties to maintain the privacy and harmony of the space.

Approximately 5 minutes away within the property, there is a shared private area for guests that includes a small playground for children up to 10 years old.

An additional 3 minutes away, a special area for meals or picnics is available by prior reservation and at an extra cost. We will be happy to provide more information.

These properties accommodate 8 and 6 guests, respectively.

Special Discount

Guests booking Casa Los Ángeles may receive a 30% discount on the rental of Casa Limoncito. This option is ideal for larger groups seeking additional space and comfort.

The two houses are located next to each other and can accommodate up to 24 guests together:

• Casa Los Ángeles: 16 guests
• Casa Limoncito: 8 guests

Conditions

• The discount applies only to Casa Limoncito.
• Both properties must be reserved.
• The discount is applied when requesting the Casa Limoncito booking.
• The offer is subject to availability.

Number of Guests

Please ensure that the number of guests listed on your reservation matches the actual number of people staying at the property. This allows us to provide the best service and maintain the comfort and proper upkeep of the home.

If the number of guests exceeds the number stated in the reservation, an additional fee will apply for each extra guest.

If the property’s maximum occupancy is exceeded, including children aged 2 and older, additional guests will not be permitted access. We may suggest nearby accommodation options instead.

Visitors

Visitors are welcome between 11:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Casa Los Ángeles allows a maximum of 10 visitors. Additional staff may be required in some cases to ensure a comfortable and well-attended experience.

For larger groups, we will be happy to assist with additional accommodation options within our villas or at nearby hotels in Malinalco.

Bedrooms

Casa Los Ángeles has six bedrooms, each with a private bathroom:

• Coral, ground floor: 1 king-size bed
• Ópalo, ground floor: 6 single beds in bunk beds
• Jade, ground floor: 1 king-size bed
• Ámbar, upper floor: 1 king-size bed and a bathtub
• Turquesa, ground floor: 2 single beds
• Ónix, ground floor: 1 king-size bed and 1 sofa

Host

The owner is British and has lived in Mexico for more than 20 years. He knows Malinalco very well and will be happy to assist with recommendations or answer questions.

Cancellation Policy

We recommend reviewing the cancellation policy carefully before making any changes or cancellations. Casa Los Ángeles follows the cancellation policies established on its Airbnb profile.

• Full refund for cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in
• 50% refund for cancellations made between 7 and 30 days before check-in
• No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in

This policy also applies to date changes, which are treated as a cancellation followed by a new reservation.
