Recently remodeled, Pent House is located in La Condesa, a beautiful, trendy, safe, and central neighborhood in Mexico City. Museums, restaurants, supermarkets, organic shops, pharmacies, art galleries, bars, cafés, parks, shopping centers, and markets are all within walking distance.
The Space
This two-story apartment occupies the top floor of a five-story building. It includes:
- Three bedrooms:
- One primary bedroom with a king-size bed
- Two bedrooms with queen-size beds
- Internet and Netflix in all three bedrooms
- Cable television in the primary bedroom
- A television room with internet and Netflix
- A family room with two individual sofa beds for two additional guests
- Two and a half bathrooms
- A fully equipped kitchen with:
- Gas stove
- Refrigerator
- Oven
- Washing machine and dryer
- Dishwasher
- Kitchenware
- Living and dining rooms
- A rooftop terrace with spectacular city views
The apartment also has reliable high-speed internet with a speed of 100 Mbps.
The elevator opens directly into the entrance of Pent House, providing additional privacy and security.
Additional Bedroom
An additional fourth bedroom is available upon request. It can be booked instead of using the two individual sofa beds when accommodating eight guests, or when hosting up to ten guests.
This room includes:
- A double bed for two guests
- One full bathroom
- A small living area
- A small kitchen
The room connects to the apartment through the kitchen and is located inside the apartment. If it is not booked, the connecting door will remain closed and the room will not be accessible.
The additional room costs $1,000 MXN. Please let us know if you would like to add it so we can send you an offer.
Guest Access
Guests have access to everything inside Pent House.
A set of keys for the stairway exit will be provided, as the apartment also has coded access.

We had a great stay! The apartment was exactly as described in the listing—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, but also had plenty of walkable coffee shops, restaurants, and other conveniences nearby. Everything met our expectations, and communication was smooth throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would be happy to stay here again.

Had a fantastic stay! Place is just as described. Had some fun times on the rooftop! Lots of fantastic restaurants and bars within a block. An OXXO across the street. Great for larger groups as 3 separate hangout spots in the apartment. Wish we had stayed for longer.

My friends and I had a wonderful visit to CDMX. The apartment was spacious, clean, and the rooftop could not be beat. The neighborhood was walkable with lots of great restaurants, coffee shops, and stores. Easy check-in and an elevator in the building were a plus as well. Will definitely be back!

This Airbnb has a really nice rooftop if you have time to hang out on it. The penthouse was very clean and the host was great at communication. One thing to note is that there is no air conditioning and only one fan available. It can get very hot. We also thought there are 2.5 bathrooms but there is only 1.5 (one shower for all of us). Overall, the place was nice and checkin was super easy, but there are a couple things as mentioned above that we were unaware of. This is a safe neighborhood with a convenience store across the street and places to walk in the neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay there and the welcome gifts that we received at checkin! Thank you!

We had a great stay! The host was responsive to our questions, and the description matched the listing. They were able to accommodate and allow early check-in. It is in a great location, very walkable to many restaurants, and has a convenience store right across the street. I felt safe walking at night. The listing states that there is no a/c so be warned that you will need to use the fans provided. I would recommend bringing slippers if you do not wear shoes in your home. The floors were dirty. Our group of 6 had a great time exploring Mexico City and using the Airbnb as a home base to rest.
