Hotel Sivana is perfect if you like having a “new security guard” open your room with a key at 10:30pm for no reason. Also no AC and promised a refund I had to fight for. Weird and unsafe. Do not recommend unless they install secondary locks and stop lying about AC.

Communication was little to none. Wasnt told about hot breakfast offerings until day 3. Advertised that there was AC, all but my "suiter' had ac.

I chose this place to celebrate my birthday and it was an excellent choice! Very pretty location. Room was spacious and very stylish. I love all the little touches they did in designing it. View is amazing and hard to beat. Loved it. Highly recommend for anyone to visit them. Staff was great and very welcoming. Not many places have breakfast in hotel zone. This hotel had a nice breakfast every day of my stay. Thank you for making my birthday memorable and super relaxing!
