In the photos, it looks like a cheerful and nice apartment, but in person it's an old and sad apartment. I wouldn't recommend it.

Luciana’s place is in a great, very safe location. There is a security guard at the front of the building, and the apartment has a beautiful view. It is spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need for a great stay.

amazing listing! comfortable for group of 5, stayed for 2 weeks and it was in a great location next to Mazaryk and Polanquito, lots of things to do and nice restaurants, stores and spots on a 10-15 min walk. the weather was helpful because this time of the year was chilly, since there is only 1 AC, january-february was a good time to stay here. Luciana was also very polite. Will stay here again when going back to CDMX!

We went for a period of twelve days, mixing work in a nearby area and then a few days of vacation, and everything worked very well. The place is very spacious, enough for 5 adults, it was clean and the building is very safe with a day and night concierge. The hosts always maintained good communication and answered all our questions in a timely manner.

The apartment is spacious and well decorated. Centrally located to great shopping and restaurants. Guards are lovely. The host is not your warm and friendly host unfortunately. Other than that the apartment is wonderful.
