3BR Villa in Nuevo Vallarta

A beautiful and very comfortable house. It's just as shown in the photos, and it met my expectations. I was delighted.

Casa Yaka was quite a surprise!! Once you walk through the gate, you enter an oasis of tranquility, greenery and comfort. The apartment we got is not only beautiful, but also has an extraordinary vacation vibe. It is in the heart of Sayulita with easy access to restaurants, shops, bars, coffee shops and the beach. Teddy's service and kindness were amazing. I highly recommend Casa Yaka.

Teddys place was a total dream! We loved our stay there - so easy to walk everywhere but quiet and right in town. Felt very peaceful and private!

Location perfect! The rooms were comfortable and pool is nice. The property felt you were in an oasis.

Teddy is a fantastic host and Casa Yaka is as amazing and comfortable as described and shown in the pictures. What stood out is the location, which is in the heart of Sayulita but feels secluded by the tree cover and well maintained yard. It’s also off the main road so the noise was never an issue. All we heard were the birds and occasionally a bike on one of the adjacent streets. I would definitely stay at Casa Yaka again.

We had a great stay at Casa Yaka- the indoor/outdoor space was very cool and had lots of space, walkable to the beach and town, shops and restaurants was very convenient! Will hopefully come back again!

This is an amazing place, and all the reviews are true. The location is perfect for getting into town and to the beach in no time at all, but it's tucked away a bit so you don't feel like you are in the middle of a loud town square or anything. It's such a beautiful spot to hang out, and the pool is great. Two quick notes so others are prepared for some unknowns. Firstly, we have three children, two that are quite small. It ended up being completely fine, but know that the bedrooms do feel a bit separated from each other around the courtyard and it might feel strange with small kids. Secondly, that we were there during Sayulita Days (in February) and the loud party at the carnival during that time can be heard at night through the open courtyard. These are minor and just something to be aware of. Teddy is a fantastic, supportive host and I recommend this place highly.

We loved this place! There’s plenty of room for a family of four, the indoor/outdoor layout is great, the furniture is comfortable for lounging around, and the kitchen is well equipped. The location couldn’t be better: right in the heart of Sayulita, close to shops, restaurants, and beaches, but also tucked away in a quiet enclave. The shared pool is nice on days when you don’t feel like going to the beach or just need a quick dip. About the owner & property manager: we can't say enough about the wonderful Teddy and Majo. They are two of the nicest, most helpful people you could ever meet. We had a bit of an emergency when we were there, and they treated us like family. We would love to stay again!

Teddy’s place was beautiful, and the location smack in the center of town was excellent. It was a little hard to find the place when we came in at night but we managed with the help of a local. Teddy reached out ahead of time and was very communicative and responsive. We did have an issue with the showers, hot water was only really available in the mornings due to an issue with the boiler. When we connected with teddy’s local host she first tried to help but then kinda left us hanging and stopped responding. That was disappointing as we expected her to do more to solve the problem. Other than that our stay was enjoyable. Assuming the hot water issue is fixed, I would absolutely stay here again.

We loved our time at Teddy's place. The location is terrific--close to everything (town, beach, etc) but we couldn't hear all the noise at night. The bedrooms were lovely and clean with good A/C. The kitchen and living space is open to the private courtyard (no door between) but we quickly grew to love the indoor-outdoor living style of Sayulita. The pool was a dream and was kept clean.
