We stayed at this beautiful house for two nights and had an amazing experience! The location is truly unmatched, with stunning views overlooking Guatapé Lake. The house gets an incredible amount of natural light throughout the day, and the large glass doors open up completely, giving you an amazing feeling of being connected with the outdoors and enjoying the fresh air. It’s a very safe, quiet, and peaceful place to stay, making it perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The host was incredibly responsive throughout our stay and made sure all of our requests were addressed promptly. We also highly recommend getting the driver service. He was an amazing guy who made it so easy for us to get around, whether it was for small errands, exploring different places, or transportation to and from the airport. And if you enjoy massages, definitely take advantage of having one at the house. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a relaxing massage in the beautiful outdoor setting of the yard! Overall

We had such a wonderful stay! We booked the Airbnb last minute, but our host was incredibly prompt, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. The space itself was absolutely beautiful and immaculate, thoughtfully designed, and even more lovely in person. She also went above and beyond by helping us arrange a driver from the Airbnb to our hotel, which made our departure so easy and stress-free. We truly appreciated her hospitality and attention to detail and would happily stay here again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We really loved the house. From the moment we arrived, you can tell how well thought out the design is and how beautiful it is. Everything is very well cared for and has a very pleasant atmosphere. The jacuzzi was one of the things we enjoyed the most because it was always hot, no matter what time. We also thought it was a huge plus that there was a wakeboard available and a private dock. That made the experience much more complete. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms are spacious, modern, and very pleasant. You can tell they thought of every detail so that you really enjoy your stay. It's definitely one of the best Airbnbs we've stayed in. It's one of those places you'd like to go back to and would recommend without thinking.

The villa is beautiful, in a great location and is finished to a high standard. The decor is beautiful and the beds are comfy. Rosa cooked lovely meals. Claudia communicated well prior to arrival and helped when we needed to arrange a transfer last minute. However, prior to arrival we got messages explaining that the sofa was very delicate and was easily marked and that we would be charged (with pricing) if we marked the sofas or towels/ bedding. We consequently did not feel very relaxed while we were there. On departure Rosa inspected each of the beds which was really undignified and we were asked to bring all towels downstairs for inspection was completely unreasonable and even though our towels were unmarked Rosa said that if she couldn’t get the marks out we would be charged! Unfortunately, there was loud music playing across the water constantly from 6pm until 5.30am in the morning making it difficult to sleep. We did stay Fri & Sat so maybe this wouldn’t be an issue midweek.

First the location and views from the house are breathtaking. There is a private lake access with stand up paddle and kayak you can use. We did enjoy going in the lake. While the house is beautiful, the maintenance is sub par. One of the main windowed doors was sagging and the fire place not working. The deck paint need a new coat and lounge chairs are half-broken. It's unfortunate because with a better maintenance the house would really be great. It feels that they are trying to take shortcuts to increase their margins and it degrades the experience. When we arrived the house was not ready and the person cleaning the house was alone. This is clearly a multi person job. Also, the jacuzzi can only be turned on for 2 hours and we have to text the host to get an extra hour. The kitchen appliances are in need of replacement, e.g. the water boiler is broken. All in all, the potential for this place is huge but the owner needs to step up with maintenance to get better rating.

The property, host and amenities were beyond perfection! The property is pristine condition coupled with an unparalleled location. Claudia, our host, went over and above to make sure our stay was nothing less than spectacular. It’s the kind of service you expect if you stayed at the Four Seasons or Ritz Carlton, but better! We also had a private chef named Rosa, who prepared masterful, artistic and tasty dishes. It’s the kind of food that makes your taste buds dance for more! In addition, we rented a boat with an amazing Captain named Duan, who was fun, accommodating, flexible and a spectacular day on the water. If you are looking for a place in Guatape, this is the place you want to stay. Anything else would be a mistake!

Claudia’s place is magical. The pictures don’t do it justice on how beautiful it is. Felt like home. Amazing view. Rosa cooked us delicious food. No need to leave the cabin. Her food is amazing. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner all cooked by her. We also took advantage of the boat and jet ski rentals. On time and you board right of her private dock. Will definitely come back.
