The Space
This home accommodates up to eight guests with four bedrooms in total:
- One bedroom on the first floor featuring a queen-sized bed, private bathroom, and garden access.
- Two bedrooms on the second floor, each with a queen-sized bed, balcony access, and a shared bathroom.
- A master suite on the second floor with a king-sized bed, ocean-view balcony, private bathroom including a shower and bathtub, and a walk-in closet.
Additional indoor amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with TV, and a guest restroom.
The outdoor terrace offers:

Guest Access

Due to unpaved roads in the area, especially during the rainy season, it is recommended to arrive in a vehicle with higher clearance, though a four-wheel drive is not strictly necessary.

The stay was nice. Marbella is quiet and has some rough dirt roads. The area is very nice for a peaceful getaway. Unfortunately when we arrived, the house had numerous dead and alive bugs. Dishes were dirty, and there was a large pile of un swept up dust/trash. One of the hammock chairs had mold, covered from top to bottom, we were unable to use it. The host was nice, and allowed us for early check-in. She was responsive. Overall I would say that staying here is worth it, if you’re willing to do some cleaning of your own when you arrive.

This home is truly beautiful. The private pool and greenery are breathtaking. There are many bathrooms and rooms with lots of space. The design of the house is so modern and nice. We enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend a car if you’re wanting to do major excursions.

Amazing home, beautiful community. Very rural and off the beaten path. Close to pretty black sand beach area. Four-wheel drive is pretty much a requirement. Local amenities are a short drive away.

Eugenia's home was amazing. We didn't want to leave. Perfect place for family. Just be sure to have an appropriate vehicle to get around. The roads are tricky

Beautiful house! We enjoyed our stay at Casa Pita, had a relaxing few days full of sunshine. The hosts were extremely helpful and always answering quickly our questions. Highly recommend!

Great stay overall with family! Some giant bugs around the house and neighbourhood so be prepared for that. The place also looks smaller than the angles in photos but was still good overall.
