The Space
This beachfront property offers direct access to soft sand and world-class surf breaks, set within a rare national park environment free from development. From October to February, the area serves as a protected turtle nesting site, with beach access restricted from sunset to sunrise to safeguard the wildlife. During this period, guests can enjoy the unique experience of spotting turtle tracks early in the morning.
The home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms. The main house includes four beautifully furnished bedrooms, two of which have private bathrooms. A separate casita provides an additional bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, ideal for multi-family privacy.
Indoor amenities feature a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for eight, and a spacious living room with a large-screen TV, ensuring a cozy and enjoyable stay. Luxury linens, towels, soaps, and air conditioning are provided throughout.

The location was amazing. The home was beautiful and well kept and clean. Just a short walk and you’re on a beautiful beach. Lots of wildlife. The air-conditioning was truly amazing. It felt very secure and safe. Very close to Playa grande and that cute little beach town vibe. About 45 minutes or less to Tamarindo, which was also amazing and fun if you want a little more nightlife and energy. we would definitely rent this home again.

Casa Tres Cocos ruined every other beach house for us. Family of five, three teenagers, one week in Playa Grande. Barefoot to the ocean and secluded beach from back gate. The pool was enjoyed daily, and between the main house and the casita, everyone got their own corner. Spotless, spacious. Krain's concierge service was amazing. Localbird arranged nearly everything before and during the trip — groceries delivered for lazy mornings, excursions booked, zero guesswork. It made a big family trip actually relaxing. Note for future visitors - the top-view photos make it appear to be a compound made up of multiple buildings. You have a neighbor next door, but no issues there! The main house is accompanied by a pool house they call the "casita" that is a private bedroom & bathroom. Also note water shortages/outages are common in this rural area. The house's water system can be depleted but not for long. It's part of the lifestyle here. Krain is responsive and warm. Pura vida. 🌴

It was our second time back, and we love this house! It’s truly a special place, with the most beautiful beach so close to the back door, plenty of space for a large family gathering, and comfortable rooms for all. We will hope to be back again soon.

We loved our time in Costa Rica on Playa Grande. The cove is so private - only a small handful of people on the beach at any given time. The sunsets were beautiful - the waves amazing. Our kids played in the ocean for hours. Krain was very responsive when we had questions - I cannot recommend this location any more. We are already planning our next trip!

We went with our family, it was great, we really liked the house , plenty of space around the pool. Everything matched the description of the property. We where looking forward to stay in a house with walking distance to the beach.
