Lovely, spacious villa on Lake Atitlán with views over the lake. Spacious garden with swimming pool and a jacuzzi on the balcony. Very helpful and friendly manager, Antonio. We enjoyed it! On weekends, there is some noise from a bar around the corner and you can hear stray dogs barking at night (but you can still sleep well through it).

The hosts were right that at night it can be a bit noisy but it’s the price you pay for being in the heart of panajachel. But once you are inside the gates it feels very private, secure and welcoming. Antonio was welcoming and very helpful, and the pool and pool table were great for the kids. If you stay in the upstairs master bedroom you may want a white noise app on your phone, but with a fan on and the ac the noise from the pier wasn’t too bad. Coffee right across the way. Supermarket in walking distance and beautiful views of the lake. Excellent experience!

Great location to ride the ferry to San Pedro, San Juan etc. The restaurants, shops within walking distances. Pool table, ping pong table kept my grandkids busy. Swimming pool was clean and did not need any extra heating. The ground keeper Antonio was wonderful. The noise from the local bar and barking dogs were annoying, but tolerable. The longest zipline by reserve natural Antigua is within walking distance. You can ride the tuk tuk for 10 quetzal per person, total 30 q to zipline. Our family of nine including four children enjoyed the place so much.

Great stay. Incredible views. Everything as advertised. There were stated concerns about the noise due to being right in town by the dock. But we never noticed any noise too early or late. Just normal in town stuff midday. But couldn't even hear it in the rooms. Met with the owner and his son, who were both really nice/accommodating and extremely helpful working through some travel logistics with us. Don't miss the sauna. It's a true experience and its wonderful to spend some herbal healing time in there, and then hop in the pool. We would absolutely stay again

We are a family of 6 adults. We were all comfortable and loved the location. The dock to catch boats to other towns is right in front of the house. The property has beautiful garden, grounds, and pool. It’s well maintained by Antonio who is available to help assist you anytime. He is friendly and kind. The hot tub is not worth the effort or the water being taken away from the house. We didn’t know until we realized we’re couldn’t get water from sink. Hot tub never got hot enough to use. So skip using it. Definitely use the Temazcal. It takes an hour to prepare. It was amazing with the eucalyptus, heat, and steam on a cool night. The town, restaurants, and shops are all within walking distance. Only thing my adult kids complained about was the free bugs inside the bathroom or bedroom. We wore insect repellent bracelets and it wasn’t a problem. They just don’t like seeing a free bugs. Pool was nice to enjoy after visiting local town. We highly recommend this place.

Great location. Excellent accommodations. Toto was extremely helpful and provided his assistance in securing a private boat tour around Lake Atitlan.

It was a really nice space to gather friends at the lake. Pros: The building is well designed with interesting architectural features. The gardens were beautiful. Easy access to the lake. The Temazcal was a cool amenity. Beautiful views of the lake. The groundskeeper was very nice. Con's: It seemed a little pricy compared to other places on the lake that were newer or had more amenities. These comments are based on what you would expect from a premium rental. The beds were pretty uncomfortable, especially the polyester sheets. They just didn't breath. The hot tub temperature didn't get warm enough. Pool table is damaged and makes playing very hard. Kitchen plates, cups, and utensils were shoddy. We did not know the Temazcal cost money to operate.
