The Space

Nica X-Treme Beach House is a 3,500 square foot home featuring four private casitas, each with its own bathroom. The property is designed in a hotel-style setting, providing privacy and daily cleaning services. Guests can rent the entire home or individual private casitas.

The home includes:

• A pool in the courtyard, directly facing each room.
• A full kitchen and dining area.

Location

We are located at Playa Colorado, Nicaragua, one of the best surfing beaches in Central America. The beach is just a 30-second walk from the back gate, where you will find a beachfront bar, a volleyball court, and a beachside restaurant. Surfing is available right in front of these facilities.

Guest Access

Guests have access to:

• The pool area
• The kitchen
• High-speed Wi-Fi
• A dining and living room area with a 60-inch big screen TV featuring satellite services through SKY TV, including movie channels
• A palapa sitting area and a pool sitting area

We offer a full-service meal plan that includes:

• A private chef at the home
• Fresh lobster, fish, filet mignon, shrimp, homemade breads, tortillas, and desserts

This meal plan is priced at $40 per day per person, which includes all groceries and the chef's services.
