Guest Access

Guests have full and exclusive use of the property during their stay. HOLT staff may occasionally require access, and we will communicate this in advance whenever possible.

In an emergency involving electricity, gas, flooding, heating, cooling, internet, pests, or any safety concern, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.

Security Deposit and Damage Coverage

Guests must submit payment details for either a security deposit or damage waiver. Two coverage options are available:

• A non-refundable damage waiver of $107 USD covering accidental damage and normal wear and tear, excluding house rule violations
• A refundable security deposit of $500 USD, held on the guest’s payment method before check-in and released after the stay if no damage is found

Guests may select either option according to their preference.

Required Guest Information

Before arrival, all guests must:

• Sign a HOLT rental agreement
• Submit identification
• Provide contact details

This information is required to receive HOLT’s Boarding Pass, which includes check-in and property details. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued identification document for each guest included in the reservation.

The property is located within a private community club with specific guest requirements intended to protect resident safety. Access requires a complete list of guest names and official identification documents.

HOLT, as the managing company for this unit, is responsible for collecting and submitting the required guest information but does not control these requirements or the community administration’s handling of guest access. Any delays in guest registration are the responsibility of the community administration. Failure to follow its procedures may affect both HOLT and guests.

Commercial Bookings

If you are booking the property for commercial purposes, please notify us in advance and provide details about how the property will be used. Terms and pricing may vary.

Pool Rules

Guests who fail to follow the pool-use instructions and cause damage will be subject to a $500 USD fine. The pool rules are shown in the final photo of the listing.

Pet Policy

This is a pet-friendly property. The following conditions apply:

• A $50 USD pet sanitation fee applies.
• Building regulations allow a maximum of one pet per apartment.
• Pets must not exceed 20 kilograms (44 pounds).
• Pets that do not meet these requirements will not be permitted to stay in the building.
• Guests must disclose any pets before arrival.
• Failure to disclose a pet will result in a $500 USD penalty fee.

Receipts and Invoices

We do not issue invoices. In accordance with Airbnb’s payment policies and tax regulations, we provide receipts only in the name of the guest who made the Airbnb reservation.

Receipts cannot be issued to third parties or companies. They can only be issued in the name of the person who booked the property using the details on their platform guest profile.

Guests may download Airbnb’s official payment receipt directly from their Airbnb account.
