The rental was great for our large young family. The area was safe and convenient to a large grocery, the best restaurants in the walled city and cartagena attractions, but quite and safer than much of the city. The kids enjoyed the pool everyday and the air conditioning was excellent!!

Amazing Airbnb! Location is perfect. A/C throughout the house is ELITE! Beds are super comfortable. Hidden gem for sure. Very secure. And the pool! Loved it! Good size and the water temperature was perfect! Luz was incredible throughout our stay. She had our rooms looking spotless. And if we needed any groceries, she was more than happy to get them for us. Tomás the security was also awesome! 10/10. Thanks again Mark

We had a wonderful stay at Mark’s villa and really enjoyed our time there. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and a great place for our family to enjoy Cartagena. Mark was an excellent host and everything went very smoothly throughout our stay. A special thank you to Luz, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. She took wonderful care of us and also prepared delicious breakfasts and an excellent lunch that we all really enjoyed. She definitely made our stay even more special. Thank you, Mark and Luz, for a wonderful experience. We would happily stay here again!

We had a great stay at Mark’s place. Great location, listing and photos were accurate, and Mark was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again. Our security guard Jonathan was very nice and helpful! Only negative which was non controllable by host was the Sunday morning church choir singing.

We stayed at Mark's Villa, the location was perfect inside the Walled City. Everything was walkable and plenty of restaurants to choose from. Luz was the maid and she made us breakfast in the mornings, cleaned our rooms daily and did our laundry. The air conditioning in each room worked superbly. The shower water was plenty hot. Mark and his people were very responsive and easy to communicate with. I hope to stay here again.

Mark's house was exactly what we needed: cozy, clean and fully equipped. The house: it's just as described in the listing, no surprises. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The area: the location is excellent; it is on a quiet street, but at the same time very close to everything. We had no noise problems at night from bars or events. The host: Mark answered my questions quickly and very willingly. He gave us recommendations for activities, restaurants and bars, and from the reservation there was constant communication from him or his team. The staff: Luz always attended to us with a smile, kept the house impeccable and prepared delicious breakfasts for us. The night security staff was always attentive. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is amazing, very spacious, beautiful, and extremely clean. It features a large pool that is perfect for groups of up to 10 people to relax and enjoy themselves. The location is excellent, close enough to walk to all the action including bars, clubs, and restaurants, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet at night. It may seem like a small thing, but the property has reliable hot water, strong air conditioning, and fast internet, which made a big difference. There is also maid and chef service during the day, along with nighttime security to ensure safety. Mark consistently provides high quality service and properties that offer true luxury along with the comfort you need to feel at home.
