Important Construction Notice

A construction project is currently taking place behind the house. Most guests are not affected, but daytime noise may occur during working hours.

The Space

This spacious two-level home offers six bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, several living areas, and a private pool. The property comfortably accommodates families and groups of up to 15 guests.

Ground Floor

Upon entering, you will find a bright living and dining area with large windows overlooking the outdoor space and private pool.

The fully equipped kitchen includes essential appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils for preparing meals during your stay.

Bedroom 5: Separate Outdoor Bedroom

Bedroom 6 is the smallest bedroom in the home and also functions as a workspace.

Neighborhood and Noise

The house is located in a residential neighborhood with nearby neighbors. Parties and events are not permitted. Please keep music and noise at a respectful level, particularly during the evening and early morning.

Power and Water

The house does not have a backup generator. During a city power outage, electricity and air conditioning will be temporarily unavailable until service is restored.

The property has a water reserve tank to help maintain water service during temporary interruptions to the city water supply.

Security Cameras

Exterior security cameras monitor outdoor areas and access points for added security. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home.

Starter Supplies

Starter quantities of basic toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent are provided. These supplies are not replenished during the stay.

Cooking Ingredients

The kitchen includes cookware, dinnerware, utensils, and essential appliances. Food and cooking ingredients, including salt, pepper, and cooking oil, are not provided.

Barbecue Area

An outdoor wood-burning barbecue area is available for guest use. Firewood and fire-starting supplies are not provided, so guests must purchase their own if they wish to use the barbecue.

Parking

Private parking is available at the house. Additional street parking may also be available nearby.

The property is pet-friendly. Please let us know in advance if you will be traveling with a pet.

Additional Services

Early Check-In

Early check-in may be available whenever possible.

If no guests are checking out on the day of your arrival, complimentary early check-in may be offered. Availability can usually be confirmed one day before arrival and depends on the previous reservation and cleaning schedule.

Late Check-Out

The standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Late check-out until 12:00 PM may be available for $150, depending on availability. Please request it in advance so arrangements can be made with the cleaning team.

Departures after 12:00 PM require booking an additional night.

Additional Cleaning

Additional cleaning can be arranged during your stay:

• $100 per day
• $70 per day when booking 3 or more cleaning days

Please request cleaning in advance so it can be coordinated with the cleaning team.

Luggage Storage

There is no dedicated luggage storage area at the property. Depending on the reservation schedule, luggage may be accommodated before check-in or after check-out. Please ask in advance.

Visitors, Parties, and Occupancy

Outside visitors are welcome, but only registered guests may stay overnight. The maximum overnight occupancy is 15 guests and cannot be exceeded.

All guests and visitors must follow the house rules and respect neighborhood noise levels. The reservation holder is responsible for any damage caused by visitors.
