We have someone who will keep the house clean while you are there included in the price and if you want meal service she can make your group their meals for 350 pesos per service.

There is a private pool in the backyard. There is also a jacuzzi, a full BBQ area, indoor and outdoor dinning, gas fire pit by the pool and jacuzzi. Outdoor shower and bathroom (see other details note below for cost of gas for pool and jacuzzi heat)
On the main floor is the fully equipped kitchen, living area with TV, a main floor bedroom with private bathroom. Full sliding doors opened to the pool. Wood burning fireplace in the living room . Half bathroom

On the second floor is a kids room with two bunk beds, double beds down and single up. There is a sliding glass door. The second bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed and full bathroom, plus a sitting area. Next bedroom has two queen beds and shares a full bathroom with bedroom 5. Bedroom 5 has a king bed. Bedroom 6 has a king bed.
We have a portable crib for babies as well. Several board games plus wifi for all your devices
During your stay we have someone on property who will clean for your group. If you would like a meal prepared is 350 pesos extra paid directly to her. Note she lives in the service area of the house and is part of your reservation. Only cooking is extra.
The house is accessed by a private gate to the street with 5 houses (see the photo) and a person who manages the gate and outside of the properties every day except Wednesday.
Note the condominium group has a quiet policy after 11 pm. Any music or loud conversations will need to be moved inside the house after 11 pm.
The comanager Karla can help recommend activities and restaurants and tours if you like for those not familiar with the area or want to try something different.
A few minute walk from the house starts the restaurant and retail area of Avandaro including a fresh fruit and vegetable market at the end of the street.
We also have a new back up generator to power the house and satellite internet so there are no problems for those who want to work remote

The entire stay was excellent!!! We really enjoyed the house, which is in excellent condition. Karla was very attentive to anything we needed. Ms. Mary was very friendly and pleasant. The house is just a 5-minute walk from the main street, perfectly located. The water temperature in the pool and jacuzzi was great, and everything was very comfortable! Great place!

Excellent Airbnb. I went with my husband and friends to celebrate my pregnancy, and it really has spaces where we could all spend time together comfortably! We all went everywhere together, which allowed for a lot of time together! Close to everything and within walking distance. It has all the basic things, such as towels, shampoo, and so on. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!

The only thing missing is an air conditioner in the downstairs room. For the price of the house and the offer of 4 rooms with a full bathroom, they should all have air conditioning.

We loved staying here. The house is beautiful and has everything you need for a great weekend with family or friends. We had an amazing time. Mary helped us at all times and is incredibly attentive. Everything in the house is of excellent quality. I would definitely stay with them again.

Our experience did not match the listing. From day one, the pool was cloudy, with visible debris and a chemical imbalance. Even so, we were assured it was “safe.” During the 3 days, it was never usable. The “treatments” only made the problem worse: on the days leading up to it, there was sediment on the surface and throughout the pool, and on the last day, it ended with sediment accumulated on the bottom. This is not a cosmetic issue; it is a health issue. Despite multiple requests, there was never a real solution. The host asked us to leave before the end of our stay, without him handling the corresponding cancellation, so Airbnb had to intervene. We left early without being able to use one of the house's main attractions. I wouldn't go back or recommend it.

We spent some incredible days in Avandaro. The house was more than we expected—spacious, comfortable, with everything you need for a perfect stay, and Mrs. Mary is 10/10, very kind, and her cooking is delicious.
