It is located in a very safe area and has easy access to recreational centers (Stadium), restaurant and malls

The apartment only had air conditioning in the bedrooms, leaving the living room without proper cooling. As a result, the living room was uncomfortably hot and nearly unusable, especially over the course of three days. In a country where the weather is warm year-round, such living conditions are not reasonable or fair for the occupant.
