Luxury private villa on boutique hotel property

Beautiful place just as the pictures. Welcoming and responsive staff. Hot pool with the rooms a definite plus. Make sure small kids have floaties as the pool can be deep. Kids will require close supervision as the pool does not have a perimeter fence. With proper precautions, it was a memorable stay.

La Mansion is an amazing location! We were a group of six and couldn’t be more pleased with our accommodations. The lake view was amazing, they coordinated a horse back ride right from our door, we watched amazing birds and monkeys, had a terrific breakfast each morning and the staff was helpful and so friendly. Can’t wait to come back someday!! Perfect location to explore the area!

Wonderful casita that's part of a larger hotel. The warm private pool on the porch was perfect as was the view. The bedrooms were comfortable and beautiful tiles in all the bathrooms. We ate breakfast at the hotel each morning and interacted with the pleasant staff. Very close to the area attractions. Would highly recommend.

Wow!! This is one amazing and funky place. The view and pool were so wonderful, we curbed our plans for a day and opted to just chill…so glad we did. The restaurant and hotel staff couldn’t be more sweet, the food is delicious, and the villa is so unique! Everywhere you look something new catches your eye. Added bonus: friendly dogs swing by now and again to say hi :) The AC works very well, WiFi is solid, kitchen is stocked, and parking is simple and convenient. We stayed 5 nights and it was exactly what we were looking for! Can’t wait to come back! Paradise.

This was our favorite Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! The pictures do not do it justice, the actual place itself exceeded our expectations. There is so much attention to detail in the decor, and a gorgeous view. There are horses roaming the surrounding area that you can see past the fence of the private garden. Housekeeping everyday was so nice, they even cleaned my friend’s shoes (which they totally did not have to do), but speaks to how above and beyond the staff goes. Caesar the receptionist has incredible energy, is caring and responsive, and helped so much with booking excursions like ATV and Zip-lining. He is also really cool, we all loved him especially because he also lived in Brooklyn where we were coming from!!! The Inn this Airbnb is located offers so many amenities and things to do that they can help you book. We would definitely come back to this exact location. Such a magical experience cultivated by the land and the suite, 11/10 recommend!

This villa was a great value find in a very idyllic setting. The private plunge pool was awesome, the staff was great and the onsite restaurant was delicious. It was foggy/rainy when we were there so we didn't use the big infinity pool but it looked lovely. I will note that the king bed is right inside the main door and not a separate bedroom so thats just an fyi for the privacy of the sleeping accommodations (the other two bedrooms were their own rooms). The third twin bed was fairly small and the mattress felt pretty uncomfortable so our 7th guest slept on the large sofa. Otherwise the beds were fine. The kitchen was well stocled though we barely used it. The bathrooms were very pretty with the tile. It's important to remember that this is a very forestry setting as we encountered a very large spider in one of our bathrooms and multiple geckos inside and outside the property. The spider gave us a bit of a scare but we got it outside and it wasnt posionous or anything.

This Airbnb was very romantic and magical. We stayed for 5 nights. The views from the deck with the private pool were spectacular, and the variety of birds passing by and the horses grazing right out front added to the ambiance. The house was grand with beautiful artwork and wall paintings. As were the wooden accents and arched doorways. It was like an orgasm for the eyes! The provided breakfast was lovely (perfect for vegans), and the kitchen was well equipped. The water pressure out of the rainfall shower was wonderful. We were a party of 4 plus a 20 month old, and our baby loved everything as well, especially the pool. We would highly recommend this bnb if you're looking for a quiet and romantic getaway. If you want to explore the Arenal area, rent a car as there's only 2 restaurants close by and 1 convenience store. The staff were also accomodating and friendly and they provided us with anything we requested. We are grateful to have found this gem!

This place has the benefits of a private cottage while still being connected to a resort style setting. The master bedroom has one of a kind look and feel and is huge! The other two rooms each have their own bathroom, so the entire place could comfortably host 5-7 guests. If you're like me and you love a dip in a pool that is on the cooler side and don't want to get sunburned (covered patio), you'll especially like the pool on the patio.
