Guest Access
Guests will have access to the full home and outdoor area, including the private pool, hot tub, and putting green. There is no garage access, but parking is available in the driveway. Rooftop access is not permitted.
Other Things to Note
The Santa Carmela Homeowners Association (HOA) has strict security measures for the safety of all residents and guests. We are required to provide a photo or scan of the identification of each guest staying in the house. This information will be requested via Airbnb message a few days prior to arrival. Please provide it promptly to avoid delays at the security gate.
Guests must abide by the Santa Carmela HOA Rules and Regulations. Any fines incurred due to guest violations will be charged through the Airbnb claims process. Unpaid fines may result in denied access to the neighborhood by HOA Security.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Security is strict about noise violations; please keep noise to a conversational level during these hours to avoid fines.
Hot Tub and Pool
The hot tub spills over into the pool, adding warm water when heated. Heating the pool is not included in the nightly rate. Please reach out directly to discuss options if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
A pack n’ play is available for an additional daily cost, but must be requested via Airbnb messenger at least 48 hours before check-in. Payment is due prior to check-in.
Drone use is prohibited by HOA regulations. Guests in violation of this policy may be subject to fines issued by the HOA.
