This inviting property is a three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom, two-story Moroccan-style villa enclosed by high walls for privacy and security. It is part of a gated community with only 10 similar homes, monitored for your safety. Entry is through an external gate secured by a digital lock, so you won’t need to carry keys while at the beach or exploring.
Next to the outdoor shower, there is a storage closet stocked with beach toys and chairs for your convenience. The villa also offers ample space to securely store rented bicycles within the walls. One reserved parking space is included, with additional free parking available on the paved street outside the complex.
The entire first floor is step-free, providing easy access from the front door to the king bedroom with an en suite bathroom and shower, kitchen, dining, and pool areas. The full-size American-style kitchen features a gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and a large kitchen island. The open floor plan connects the kitchen, living room, indoor dining, and backyard seamlessly.
The fully enclosed backyard showcases tropical landscaping with areas of sun and shade, a private pool with lounge chairs, and a covered outdoor dining space complete with a gas BBQ grill.
Upstairs, there are two spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and shower. All three bedrooms include ceiling fans and individual air conditioning units, allowing each guest to set their preferred temperature.
Guests have full access to the entire property.
Liberia Airport is approximately one hour away from Tamarindo. We can assist with arranging shuttle services or car rentals at special rates. Once in Tamarindo, you can use informal taxi services or rent an ATV to explore the nearby beaches, which are about 30 minutes from the villa.
Our concierge service is available to help you organize all aspects of your trip, including airport shuttles, car rentals, grocery delivery, private chef services, and tours or activities.
