Our second stay at Playa Escondida Resort & Marina was just as incredible as the first! Samy the Super Host made check-in, arrival, and departure seamless with prompt responses to every question. The apartment is huge, bright, and open-concept. A standout feature is the massive wrap-around balcony lining the entire front, with direct access from all three bedrooms. It is easily the best-equipped place we’ve rented, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay: Kitchen: Fully stocked with a fridge, microwave, coffee pot, Keurig, air fryer, dishwasher, gas stove, cookware, utensils, and bottled water. Bathrooms: Well-supplied amenities: towels, soaps, and shampoos, etc. The resort grounds are stunning, featuring clean white-sand beaches maintained daily. Onsite restaurants offer delicious, varied options, with amazingly attentive service. A special shoutout to Xavier at Kayuco Restaurant! We can't wait to book a third family vacation here! Highly recommended!

I felt right at home! The host was very responsive. The view was surreal from the waterview to the mountain view. The Kitchen was full of seasonings, vegetable oil and olive oil. Each room had its own thermostat which was very convenient to those with individual preferences. If not cloudy, the stars at night were lovely. We even saw a shooting star. Hope to visit again soon! Side note: I do suggest getting groceries from a Super99 or Xtra in Sabanitas before coming because the mini grocery store in the resort is limited and pricey.

This was our second stay, one year on from the first and it did not disappoint. Stunning ocean views, pristine apartment with an ideal layout, high end furniture, superbly equipped, and very comfortable beds. In addition to a marvelous location just steps from the sand the very responsive and helpful hosts. Will look forward to hopefully staying a third time in the future. It’s THAT good!

Their location and views are great. Each of the three rooms (the fourth room is, as stated, a small service room off the laundry room) had sliding glass doors to the ocean front balcony. Their kitchen was fully equipped and our hosts were very responsive to any questions that came up.
