Villa in Isla Mujeres

Casa de la Playa was a great experience. We had lots of space for 12 people. The beach is big and really nice to be on your own. The service of a 5 stars hotel, the staff was super nice, friendly, always available and very helpful. The kitchen could use some reburbishing and better equipep. We definitely recommend this place.

Couldn’t of asked for a better place. Everything was perfect. The beach is unbelievable. Chef was incredible so was the house staff. Absolute paradise.

Wonderful place, host and beachfront location. Catalina and Humberto were wonderful cooks and Carlos and his team were always there we when needed them. One recommendation...book everything (including golf carts) through Carlos. He was awesome!!

My wife and I have been going to Isla Mujeres for over 27 years. This is the second time we've stayed at this home and we're never disappointed. Carlos, Ramon and the staff are beyond excellent, they took care of all the guest better than any luxury hotel I've ever stayed at. We used the house chef, Catalina, and the food was superb. The sandy private beach is beautiful and secluded, no Norte Beach crowds. We'll be back for sure!

Casa de la Playa worked wonderfully for our three generation family. We had four children three and under and the private beach was the absolute best for our crew. The parents felt safe with this being the case. The staff was wonderful. Carlos and team did a wonderful job. We are fairly self sufficient but they were always there to either order us up a taxi or four and to answer any questions we have. They also made certain that they assisted with the dishes and kept satisfied whatever we needed. Having daily housekeeping was a nice treat. We also had Chef Catalina prepare two lunches and two dinners for our family which was perfect. The food was wonderful and she was a lovely person. If you want privacy, this is a great choice.

Casa de la Playa is amazing, top to bottom. We went with three families with children between 4 and 13. - Carlos and the rest of the staff were so helpful, assisting us wherever needed. This included arranging and accompanying us on an early AM boat ride and shuttle to the airport. - We had a handful of meals prepared for us by the chefs, and they did not disappoint. - The house is top notch. We took the time to explore the entire island and felt strongly that the Casa de la Playa is the best beach and water on the island. We wish we never had to leave.

House is amazing and staff was even better. We hired the Chef to cook 4 breakfasts and 2-3 dinners and was the best choice. When we ventured out for other meals it was disappointing. We all wished we were back at home with great service and food with our chef. We let her pick the meals mostly and they were all great. The cleaning staff raked the beach, swept the porch and constantly picking up any mess we made. They were all great. Carlos was our main connection and spoke English well and helped us communicate with the others if we had trouble. The beach was nice with some seaweed but still could get in and cool off. Kayaking was fun with 4 boats provided. We hired a local 2 man band from the joint (Jimmy) to play at the house for 2 hours ($150 plus tips) it was very fun. Shower pressure in one bathroom was very low and had a sewer smell but wasn’t a major concern. I would 100% go back

Absolutely stunning house and beach! This house made our vacation and is a big reason we chose to visit isla mujeres. The accommodations were very comfortable, beach is beautiful, staff was over the top, and they helped coordinate chef, grocery runs, beach massages, etc. We will be back!

This house is Amazing.. everything is top notch. The rooms are spacious with separate AC units in each . The beach is fantastic . There was a bit of seeweed but it was not terrible. The staff at the house is incredible. They meet your every need . We had a wonderful trip and can’t wait to go back.
