The Space
This privately owned Mexican estate is artistically furnished and surrounded by tropical gardens. Its elevated position provides captivating 360-degree views, while numerous private patios and terraces offer panoramic vistas of the ocean, surf break, jungle, mountains, and town.
Casa Paloma features original and antique Mexican art, tiled kitchens and bathrooms, and a whole-house reverse-osmosis water filtration system. Additional comforts include memory foam mattresses, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, flat-screen HD televisions, Bluetooth speaker systems, and 100% cotton sheets.
The property also includes a special palapa rooftop garden terrace with a bar and exceptional 360-degree views. Cool ocean breezes, the sound of waves along the shore, and seasonal whale sightings add to the experience.

Upper Floor
The upper floor includes two bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room, dining area, and a large veranda extending across the entire length of the house.
From the veranda, guests can enjoy unobstructed 180-degree views of Sayulita Bay, the surf break, and the northern coast of the Nayarit Riviera. Residents and renters in Sayulita have described this as one of the best views in town.

Rooftop Terrace
The upper floor provides access to a furnished palapa living area on the large garden rooftop terrace. The space includes a hammock, plants, and a bar, along with sweeping 360-degree views of Sayulita, the ocean, surf, beach, surrounding jungle, and mountains.
The rooftop terrace is accessed through Bedroom 2.
First Floor
The first floor offers the same impressive ocean views as the upper floor, although they are slightly less panoramic. A large, shaded patio courtyard provides space for outdoor dining and relaxation in the middle of the private garden.
The saltwater, ozone-treated swimming pool is only a few feet away and includes a small wading area for children.
The first floor also includes a larger living room with two sofas that can easily be converted into two single beds.

The house is absolutely beautiful, and the location is fantastic. Dora, the housekeeper, made us a wonderful dinner and it was a real treat to have her come in and clean kitchens, make beds, and do towel service. She was so lovely. It was really disappointing to discover, upon arrival, that the owner of Casa Paloma has a construction project right next door, by Casa Paloma’s pool. It was loud and work some days went from 7am to 6pm. I was told that the project is expected to last through December. I would suggest that future guests ask about construction and consider whether noise and workers next to the pool are an issue for your group. In my experience, when an owner knows about construction noise, they typically warn the guest ahead of time and offer a discount or other compensation. This did not happen. Another tip - if you use the form to order meals, golf cart, etc, be sure to ask ahead of time whether the payment needs to be in cash (pesos). We were unprepared for that.

Our group was thrilled with this house, both the parents and the teen-aged surfers in our party. The floorpan of the house was great for togetherness when we wanted it, and privacy when we needed seclusion. Dora the chef and housekeeper is wonderful! Ernesto was immediately responsive to all our questions. The location and view could not be beat. We had a magical and memorable vacation.

Casa Paloma was lovely! The house was beautiful and each room was private and had an individual bathroom. The house was easily accessible to town with a golf cart or walking. The house managers were so helpful and responsive. We hired the chefs and masseuses on a Saturday afternoon and it made for the perfect relaxing pool day. Would definitely return to Casa Paloma!

Casa Paloma was perfect for Our family of 12 (8 adults and 4 toddlers) in every way. The layout of the different levels and the architectural details were so artfully done. The openness and the north facing views made every time of the day comfortably cool and breezy. The special bonus was Dora the cook and housekeeper who came everyday which was such a treat! The size, location of the pool and the pool bathrooms worked perfectly. The bedrooms were all large and comfortable with air conditioning, which is essential with the loud Sayulita night life. The location was amazing in that we were minutes away from the best restaurants, shopping and activity, but we still felt like the Casa was very private and safe. And the views! The views were amazing. Our family has stayed in some incredible properties and Casa Paloma rates at the top! Thank you Dennis, Indigo, Ernesto and Dora! Everything was perfect!

Wonderful Family Vacation Our stay at Casa Paloma was nothing short of spectacular! The moment we arrived we were amazed at the beauty, privacy, and the gorgeous gardens of this property - not to mention the incredible ocean views! Also, its location is perfect - a short walk to town and beach. Each bedroom room having its own bathroom was great. And we really enjoyed the stunning Mexican art everywhere! The highlight for our kids was undoubtedly the lovely pool, where they spent hours splashing and playing, creating cherished memories. Also, we all felt completely safe at Casa Paloma. It is surrounded by high walls with spikes and there is a security guard out front at night. There are locks on all doors and large safes in every bedroom. We all felt this was the best extended family vacation ever and we will return.

Beautiful place with lovely art and furnishings. The open design for dining and kitchen on second floor looking out over the beach was perfect. Between the pool on the first level and the hammock on the third, and semiprivate decks off of bedrooms, it was perfect for spreading out, or all gathering together. Prior to arrival we received helpful information and offers for in-home services, although we didn’t partake of these. We don’t usually stay at this level of luxury, but this was a special occasion and we were extremely satisfied with the house and host.
