The Space

Located just steps from the waves at Playa Colorado, the NSR Penthouse V-13 Condo is a luxurious top-floor unit in Hacienda Iguana. This spacious condo offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. From the oversized balcony or the newly built swimming pool, you can enjoy direct views of the surf lineup.

The condo is fully equipped with modern amenities, including air conditioning in each bedroom and the living area, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and an automatic switch generator that powers everything during outages. A safe is provided for your valuables.

The master bedroom features a queen bed, while the two guest bedrooms each have two single beds. Cleaning service is provided three times a week, and laundry service is included, as the housekeeping staff has exclusive access to the washer and dryer. An optional meal plan is also available.

Getting Around

The property is approximately a 2 to 2.5-hour drive from Augusto C. Sandino International Airport in Managua and about 4 hours from Liberia Airport in Costa Rica.

Most major car rental agencies operate at Managua airport; advance reservations are recommended. A four-wheel-drive vehicle is only necessary if planning to visit beaches further south, such as those in the San Juan del Sur area.

For guests who prefer not to rent a car, airport transfers and daily sightseeing or surf trips can be arranged. Motorcycle and scooter rentals are also available. Additionally, transportation by vehicle or boat to other local surf breaks can be organized.
