This may be the best place I've ever stayed. It's such a beautiful place because you're surrounded by nature. You can go out on the balcony and enjoy the silence while listening to the wildlife around you and even seeing it. As for the amenities, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a super comfortable bed, TV, Wi-Fi, kitchen, dining room, coffee maker, and a small fireplace. What more could you ask for? I would stay here every time I come back to Santa Elena without any hesitation.

Perfect place, spotless accommodation, really a break in the middle of the mountains! Be careful, though, to have a good vehicle to handle the slope, but overall, no complaints! Perfect host and extremely responsive. I would highly recommend it!

The place is great, super nice with a breathtaking view. We felt very comfortable from day 1, and communication was very pleasant and always very, very fast. It should be noted that it cools down significantly at night, and the apartment was rather cold for the time of year (in August). Luckily, there is a small electric oven that slowly but steadily warms up the apartment. Another small minus point is that when it rains heavily, it gets very, very noisy, which is why we also woke up several times during the night. Otherwise, it's really a very nice place to stay where you can have peace and quiet and enjoy the evening and the sunset perfectly. Overall, we can highly recommend the accommodation.

Awesome location. Very private with amazing views. The bed is super comfy too. We even had a troop of Monkeys visit us one of the mornings, which was pretty rad. Jessy was very quick to respond to any questions we had and overall it was a very pleasant experience. Definitely recommend!

The stay really felt like being in the jungle. Everything green, so many butterflies, hummingbirds and, far away, toucans too – visible directly from the balcony. When it rained, it was a bit noisy at times. We had a good time in Monteverde.
