Had an amazing time staying for five nights with our group of six friends. Really beautiful location and views. The swimming pool was really enjoyable. Carlos and Vanessa took care of us throughout our stay by getting us groceries and preparing meals for us. Great location to get to the beach or nearby pool clubs. Highly recommend! We look forward to visiting again in the future.

This place was amazing! We loved all the space. Not a cookie cutter place. View was great. The chef made the best food that we had on the trip! The staff were helpful and very friendly. The pool was perfect for cooling off after walking around. The walk up was a steep one but very manageable. The view made up for it!

We had a great time at Villa Rosa! The house has everything that you need and it’s very spacious. The pool was fantastic and the area was very safe. While it’s on a hill, it was easy to get uber to pick up and drop off. We used the location Casa Cupula as the pick up and drop off spot. Vanessa and Carlos made great breakfast for us and were very helpful. While we felt comfortable staying in the room that’s detached from the house (under the pool), you might want to consider it as you may feel slightly disconnected from everyone. The detached room is nice but feels disconnected from the rest of the house. However, all the other rooms in the main villa were very accessible. The hosts were very responsive and we were welcomed with snacks and drinks! I’d definitely stay again at Villa Rosa! It’s super close to the romantic zone and a short uber away.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb during my birthday trip to Puerto Vallarta. The place was absolutely beautiful, very well maintained, and felt comfortable and special from the moment we arrived. You can really tell a lot of care goes into the property. The location was perfect—close to Zona Romántica and about a 10-minute walk to the beach, restaurants, and everything we wanted to explore. There is a small hill to climb on the way back, but honestly, it just felt like a bonus workout and was totally worth it for the views and the quiet. Our host, Tom, was incredibly attentive and responsive throughout our stay. Vanessa and Carlos were also wonderful and made sure we were well taken care of with food and alcohol needs, which made the experience feel extra smooth and welcoming. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and a big part of what made this trip so memorable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta.

The chefs and cleaners, Carlos and Vanessa, attended to all our needs and prepared wonderful meals and desserts. It was like an all inclusive vacation and all we needed to do was reimburse for receipts. Our group included 8 members and we’d have not easily found a restaurant to accommodate. Thankfully we ate at home often Our Uber driver was a little confused by the address so we started using Casa Isabel to get us next door to the house

We had such a lovely visit in Puerto Vallarta and stay in Villa Rosa. The house was beautiful and comfortable for our group of 6, and we loved being right in the heart of the zona romantica. Tom was a very responsive host and Carlos and Vanessa took great care of us during our stay.
