Located within the prestigious Las Palmas community on the world-renowned Punta Mita peninsula, Villa Ipanema is approximately 35 minutes north of Puerto Vallarta International Airport. This elegant, airy villa is surrounded by lush gardens, manicured fairways, and greens, with views of the Jack Nicklaus Pacifico Golf Course’s third fairway.

A white-sand beach is located 190 yards from the villa, offering an ideal setting for morning walks, shell collecting, sunbathing, swimming, and sunset viewing. The property combines generous space and comfort with a relaxed, south-of-the-border beach atmosphere.

The Space

All bedrooms are bright and airy, featuring Mexican handicrafts, custom-made furniture, Four Seasons beds, quality mattresses and linens, pillows, and welcome amenities.

Guest Rooms

Villa Ipanema accommodates 14 guests in six en-suite bedrooms with five bathrooms:

1. The master suite features a king-size bed, an oversized terrace with a lounge area, and golf and ocean views.
2. The second bedroom includes a king-size bed and access to the pool patio.
3. The third bedroom has two comfortable double beds that can be joined to create a king-size bed, along with access to the pool patio.
4. The fourth bedroom is a fun children’s room for guests of all ages, with one bunk bed, one queen-size bed, cool colors, and playful décor.
5. The fifth bedroom includes one queen-size bed and one double bed.
6. The sixth bedroom features one double bed.

The master suite and other bedrooms offer elegant furnishings, air conditioning, televisions, and marble bathrooms.

Views

Magnificent golf and ocean views can be enjoyed from the spacious master suite, two guest rooms, living and dining rooms, swimming pool, and Jacuzzi. The villa provides a peaceful setting surrounded by beautiful natural scenery.

Outdoor Areas

Enjoy manicured gardens, breakfast beneath the poolside pergola, and relaxing in the Jacuzzi with homemade margaritas or fresh tropical fruit cocktails. The heated pool and chaise lounges provide a private setting for swimming and sunbathing.

Meals

The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with Sub-Zero and Viking stainless steel appliances, as well as solid wood cabinetry.

Each morning, the staff can prepare and serve breakfast beneath the pergola by the pool. Ingredients are not included in the rate. A private chef and butler can also be arranged for in-villa lunches and dinners.
