Guest Access

The property is located at Indah by Sayan Condo in the Conchas Chinas neighborhood.

Directions

• Head south on Highway 200.
• Turn right onto Calle Santa Barbara.
• Take the immediate short left turn downhill onto Amapas.
• Turn immediately right toward the Indah building entrance.
• The entrance is approximately 100 feet down the road, behind the old but recently remodeled Casa Pedro.

About Indah

Indah is a privately owned condominium building with 46 units. It offers the comforts of a residential property along with resort amenities and a dedicated team focused on enhancing each guest’s stay.

Getting to the Beach

From Indah, follow the street outside the building downhill for approximately 200 meters, then turn right to reach the public beach. The beach is approximately one block from the tower.

Important Rules and Information

• A resort fee of $518 Mexican pesos per night, not per person, is payable at the security front desk upon arrival. This fee is additional to and independent of Maxwell Residences.
• All renters and guests must present identification upon arrival and wear an Indah wristband to access the amenities.
• The maximum occupancy is eight guests. Additional fees apply for groups of more than six guests.
• Pets are permitted for an additional fee.
• Outside drinks, alcohol, food, and portable speakers are not permitted in the pool areas.
• Visitors are not permitted in common areas. Only registered guests may use the amenities.
• A USD $250 security deposit will be requested on your credit card at check-in and released after the property is inspected following departure.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building and inside all units, including balconies.
• Quiet hours begin at 11:00 p.m.
• Music and noise are not permitted on the balcony at any time.
• Parties are not permitted.
• Violations of the rules may result in immediate removal or eviction from the property.
