The kitchen is outfitted with modern appliances and ample counter space, making it easy to prepare meals during your downtime. Outside, the patio features plenty of comfortable seating where guests can gather and unwind. Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property through a private front entrance. Caretakers ensure that gates and doors remain securely closed to maintain privacy and safety throughout your stay.

Additional Information

• The property has an electrical usage limit of 60 kWh per day. Any usage beyond this is charged at $0.80 per kWh.
• During the dry season, water outages may occur in San Juan del Sur. In such cases, one water delivery ("pipa") per day is provided free of charge, sufficient for up to 14 guests for 24 hours. If additional water is needed before 24 hours elapse, extra deliveries can be arranged for $150 USD each.
